Time to Bulk or Cut?

Hello everyone,

When do guys mostly try and bulk or cut throughout the year?

Also what would you recommend for lean bulking? I'm looking to put on lots of weight just want to add lean muscle.

Usually dudes cut before winter for the beach body lol no bulk when it gets cold I think. I'm unsure. I'm on a constant bulk lol. Lean bulk

I bulk clean before christmas. Going up to 120-125 kg. 181 cm.

Start cutting in Mars. With sarms and gh etc. Then continue with a cuttingcycle the hole summer.
Bodyweigth from 108kg to 115 kg.

Last summer i think i was like 8-10% bodyfat. Usually 16-18 when not cycling.
Try to reach 14-15% before the christmasbulk cycle.

Bulk till the day i meet the reaper. Stay around the 12-14% with out cardio so im happy

I bulk fall/winter and cut for spring/summer. I tend to take my shirt off more during the spring/summer so my bf's down to about 10% or less.

you should make a choice: if you decide to put mass and swell you should not give importance to a little water and fat in bulk cycle, the best steroids for mass are also the most estrogenic (testosterone , dbol ..) ... in a second phase you will think to cut retaining the mass gained in bulk cycle as much as possible. this if you want to make a long-term program.

If you intend to put a few pounds of clean mass then you can evaluate other steroids, such anavar , winstrol , which are not estrogenic and give you a clean hard look ... but gains are much lower than those of testosterone, deca etc.

A good combo that I suggest you for your purpose could be Test + oral winstrol, this can give you a big growth while maintaining a good defined appearence

Winny during a bulk?

Winny is not considered a good bulking steroid unless you're a woman.
