    Deca durabolin and rotator cuffs

Hello all. First thread here. I've never taken any roids. Just started working out recently and got curious. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with deca and the side effects of joint improvement. Does the improved joint effect continue after the deca use has been stopped? Any experiences with deca are welcome here.

Deca so called joint improvement are only due to its strong anti-inflammatory properties.

It will stop once deca is discontinued.

If you are on TRT adding small amount of deca might work not so bad, if you not on TRT you cannot use it.

    Agreed!^^

I'm in TRT so running low dose(100-150<---Max)helps me but once it's stopped like stated above the relief goes away...

Ok thanks guys. What about hgh and deca? I'm not on any hrt regemine. But do use nasal steroids to keep my nose open. Same deal once I forget to take it a few days I'm screwed. I haven't even hit a plateau yet since I just started weight training a few months ago. Just trying to learn new things for future possible needs.

If you can afford real pharma GH then you can not go wrong.

Its a good idea to wait till you have some training experience under your belt so that you're not just pissing away money on these compounds.

You should have years of experience before thinking of using steroids. Otherwise it will be a waste of your own health.

Just imagine someone using steroids and not even knowing how to bench press correctly, or know how to setup your own routine, etc... Not even mentioning nutrition...

Thanks Cuz!! I've got a long way to go still. Taking the lean gain route. I eat light and replace some meals with protein bars and shakes. I know it's not very smart but it's working. And my hypoglycemia seems in check so I'll roll with it for now.

I have no clue why people, have anything against protein shakes. Of course it's not the ideal meal. But it's in fact an supplement. Which is exactly that. To supplement for when needed. I always take the shakes when they are best used. Which is pre or post working out. Because it fast digesting proteins and the body uses it right away when it needs it quick. Morning, pre or post or when unable to eat a meal cuz lack of time etc

My workouts were in the evening. I've got a month pass to a gym now. So I'd have a protein shake for dinner. Keeps my protein intake up while still cutting calories. I've still got a little bit of fat under my belly button and on my ass. Just a pinch. Healthy yes but I want to be ripped. Lol. Peptide tb500. I'll check it out. I'm a freak in the family. My dad was built like Andy Griffith and the men in my moms side are built like Peter griffin. Neither are right for me. Thanks guys.

Deca works good and is not intended to take so you can keep lifting with a hurt rotator cuff....unless it is what it is. Time off and let it repair. Deca really helped me get past an old injury in my left shoulder. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

The issue with protein shakes is simple. You guys freak out over Chinese hgh or Chinese powders but you will ingest a NONREGLATED product made in China. Even the ones that say made in USA were just packaged in USA and made in China. Good Ole China putting who knows what for protein in your shake mix.

I work for a company in the US that makes protein powder and ships to China. I know personally what brands to buy, but I normally buy unflavored pure protein from the company

My shoulders are just messed up a bit. I have loose joints. And over twisted them when I was a kid. Trying to be a contortionist or some shit. They crunched and were never the same. Mostly the left. The dr. took pictures and said "they're a bit loose" shrugged and said they're not bad enough for surgery. That was that.

    LOL @ non regulated...
if you have half a brain you can ask and look up the source of the milk if i it dairy.... for eg. i get mine from canadian milk when i had it. sometimes US sure... but you are wrong in your points. some research on what you put into your body is all you need. "product of USA"is not enough though that i agree with. besides many good options for protein powder from non animal sources anyways, mostly what I use.

The whole concept of testosterone shutting down collagen production, while agents like boldenone increase it, and winstrol increasing collagen production also but (since some experience joint pain on winstrol) the collagen produced when on stanozolol is different (crosslinked incorrectly ive heard it described as), this whole theory that has been going from site to site. I think it's all BS.
Again, just my opinion, but it doesn't make sense that testosterone would shut down collagen production in a healthy male, and other steroids like boldenone increasing it.

But deca helps joints, don't know why, but all experience I have with it myself, and also seen in others point to that.

PS: what do you guys think about carnivore beef isololate protein powder. I was taking it for a while. Believe it or not. Chocolate doesn't taste bad at all. I like the natural creatine this in it. But I was wondering what the quality is of the beef source they use. I'm sure they aren't making sirloin beef steaks into protein powder. So I stopped using that shit.

Anavar, primo, eq, deca: they all probably, like all AAS, increase collagen production. At least in normal bodybuilders, but so does test.

That doesn't mean they're good or bad for joints, but anecdotal experience shows us quite clearly that deca seem to help joints, and I don't think it's all a placebo effect.

But ALL AAS while make a bone fracture heal faster f.ex.
(As long as at least a TRT dose is taken alongside)
And all agents that increase IGF1 signaling should make a bone grow faster as well.

Taking Deca for joints is not good idea unless you're on cycle or TRT 100mg of Deca Will shut you down for 4 weeks if not more rest your shoulder I had rotator cuff injury I didn't lift any weight for 6 months and did exercises that help to heal the injury you can find the sticky post about this injury in the injury section. Rest and glucosamine+chondroitin +msm plus glucosamine cream and some brufen every now and then fixed my injury thanks God.

Thanks for all the input guys. My shoulder is what it is. I decided to start eating more. And have continued to lose weight. Down to 160. But I'm also stressed out. Work and family stuff. My shoulder is just a bit lose so it crunches, but doesn't hurt nearly as much as before acupuncture and weight training.

Since I've got some knowledgeable guys here. Have any of you got info on "androgenix" I found the stuff under lock and key at a local store has an expiration date of 7-15. I guess it's the outlawed formula. I know supplements don't go bad, just lose potency.

the quality is the left overs on the bone they melt off, filter and process then package, nasty shit IMO.... even if i ate meat.

they still have BS supps under that clear box with lock and key and i feel its more of a marketing tactic to try wow people into looking at it TBH.
but no i dont know that one. just be careful and do alot of research. most supps are BS or over hyped in those GNC type places IMO
