I will be adding dbol 30mg per day for 6 weeks to my next cycle. I was thinking of using N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). Is that all I would need? I heard some people use liv52 and other stuff and I'm confused as to which one would be best.
Thanks

Good question. I too wil use dbol/anadrol at the same dosage soon.
Austinite suggests 1200 mg NAC every day.
A gallion of water.
Clean diett, min alcohol.
Adding milkthistle couldnt harm but there is a limit on what you can afford also.
I think i go for 1200 mg NAC.
If you're running a cycle with orals 2400mg/day of NAC would be a better dosage.
Personally I use 1200mg/day on a blast of injectables.
NAC is pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk. It's water soluble and you'll pee out the excess so don't be afraid to take 2.5g or so a day.
How about using milk thistle only? Can it provide enough protection ?
Milk thistle isn't as effective as NAC. Nac has clinical tests associated with it.
It's fine to add natural and/or chemical cleansers, stimulators, and protectors, but the VERY BEST liver support you use is respecting the harshnesses of the various orals by observing recommended: dosages (amounts per single dose); frequencies (daily and/or, 2x-, or 3x-per day dosing); and duration (total number cycle weeks). That's how you're going to most effectively protect your liver, body, and overall health.
Best to you.
NAC is my favorite, and I take it with some c vitamin as well.
(I ofcourse also use all b vitamins, etc, but that's another story)
NAC has many clinical studies showing its liver protecting and anti atherogenic activity. For one, NAC can be used to prevent liver failure from paracetamol/acetaminophen overdose. While that in itself doesn't say that it protects the liver, the way NAC functions explains a lot.
NAC (apart from having its own anti oxidant functions) convert to the glutathione in the liver and body. Glutathione is such an important antioxidant that it's often used as a marker for oxidative stress in the cell (that is, the ratio of oxidized to reduced glutathione in the cell).
Milk thistle, or the ingredient silymarin also has some studies backing it's effects, but nowhere near the amount of studies NAC has been involved in.
SAMe/s-adenosyl-methionine also seem to be a potent liver protectant. Seem to remember a study in alcoholics where their liver was so damaged that NAC actually made them worse by accumulating cysteine in their liver (they couldn't convert it to glutathione), in those alcoholics SAMe was found to help.
Interestingly, SAMe can also be used in acetaminophen/paracetamol overdose I believe.
But if I have to chose one, I always go with NAC, 600mg x 2 daily, or more if I buy it cheap.
Anyone have any suggestions for buying quality bulk NAC? I'm not looking for pounds but I'm running orals with my test and want to keep my liver as safe as possible.
NAC, on or off cycle.
No no, i was meaning you should use it when you are on or off cycle.
Triple up on NAC. Actually, 1800mg/day is ideal. Also, as doctoxin said, take with vitamin C. The C will help protect the NAC as well as augment its effectiveness. I've read that 3x the amount of C as NAC. Divide your NAC into 3 separate doses over the course of the day. Just google bulk powder supplements. Lots of good resources for bulk powder sups out there.
