What Vits are necessary for a cycle?
First off I want to say what's up to everyone. I've been gone for some time but I've been checking in every now and then to get some answers but I'm stumped on one question that I cant seem to get a straight answer for.
I wasn't sure what forum to post this question in but considering it was specifically for a cycle I figured that this would be ok.
My question is simply this: What vitamins and minerals are necessary while on a cycle? I'm considering taking Animal Pack for my multi vitamin (should it be 1 pack or 2) and I'm thinking of adding in some fish oil and milk thistle.
My diet has plenty of fruits and veggies in it so I know I could get a lot of the essential micros from there but I also know that having extra during a cycle will help. Also I'm a huge meat eater and a fan of coconut oil so there's plenty of iron and other minerals in there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All you really need is NAC. Everything else you'll get in your diet. Imo a multi vitamin is a waste of money.
I also take:
Niacin for cholesterol and vascularity.
Fish oil because I think it helps my joints and skin.
Milk thistle because I had some ass issues a few years ago and I think it helped.
BTW I totally forgot about your keto thread and just got back to you the other day.

1000mg/day of Solgar regular flush niacin
I wouldn't recommend starting at 1000mg, 250-500mg would be a better place to begin.
I've tried a lot of different brands of niacin and have found Solgar to be equivalent to pharmacy grade.
I've read that non flush niacin isn't as effective as regular niacin at improving cholesterol.
The flush becomes addictive if you take a shower and scrub your skin.

Just out of personal preference.
I prefer the stronger flush from a regular niacin.
Whereas my old man takes Slo because he can't tolerate the flush.
I feel like the flush helps with vascularity and it also gives me the appearance of being more tan.
When I take it in the morning it makes me look about 3-4 shades darker all day.
Slo is definitely a viable option. It's less expensive than Solgar and still has cholesterol lowering benefits.

For us that don't have access or time to prepare various veggies etc. I take a multi vitamin and don't take more then one daily serving because you don't an overdose of various minearls etc. I mean I'm sure I get a decent amount of micros from my whole foods but I never counted percentages and totaled them up yet.
Reminds me. I may buy a bulk load of veggies and steam them up and prep some portions for some fiber in the diet if nothing else. Thanks mr bb for reminding me
pS: what's anyone's thoughts on pro/pre biopics to help with digestion from eating a high calorie diet ...?

When ingesting orally the MAJOR factor is fluid. Constipation reduces the ability to absorb food content by up to 80 ish percent. Dehydration also reduces the plasma in blood which impacts the circulatory system's ability to carry the nutrients and oxygen, remove waste products, and allows inflammation of joints. The other factors are mostly minor excluding medical conditions.
I have to be careful with the bacteria foods. In the USA they are regulated and I can eat them all day long. In asia they have an additive they use that makes me intolerant to them...3 weeks of vomit out the mouth and arse sucks lol. I digress. They tended to nudge me toward dehydration when I tried them in the USA.

There are definitely no "necessary" vits or minerals for on cycle.
However I use the following and recommend it.
1000mg Vit C daily
Decent multivitamin daily
Omega 3 (fish oil) daily
Complete antioxidant daily
Pre and pro biotics to improve digestion if required.

there is a search bar at the top of the forum. use those key words you just asked about to pull up threads with that information. read and study those threads and then make a thread laying out your planned cycle along with stats, cycle history, diet, goals, etc. so that the vets can help you to the best of their ability

if one eats all organic, farm/home grown veggies/greens/fruits and knows exactly what is in each gram of each portion, then yes, you can workout math pretty clean with all that you're getting and you will very likely after all that be fine to stay without any supplementation, but remember that not all of us can afford to eat that way, not all of us have access to all of those foods in such condition and so on, supplementing with vital minerals and vitamins even with small amounts - it compliments for the lack of those from our most of the time messed up diets and food choices that aren't as pure as it used to be decades ago.
I do take alot sups, vitamins and minerals, likely too much when looked from other persons perspective, but its for my personal reasons and if I didn't took them I would have been of alot worse than I am today.
Its individual choice which has to be done smart way, you aren't gonna fill your car tank with petrol and diesel and jet fuel at the same time, you got to know what you need exactly(or at least close approximate)

Yeah, I think the range is 1-6 g where the elevated enzymes are reported, and are typically transient. There are cases of hepatotoxicity however, so would just be aware of it like I said if the liver already looks like Mickey Rourke
