hopefully ive written all the requirements necessary for critiquing. ill b using the above mentioned diet with the following stack:
Wks 1-16 Sustanon 750mg/Wk (375mg.Mon/375mg.Thurs)
Wks 1-7 Turinabol 50mg/D
Wks 16-19 Winstrol 50mg/D
Wks 1-19 HCG 750iu/Wk (375iu.Sun/375iu.Wed)

Just out of health concerns, have you checked your blood work? That seems like a high cruising dose to me.
I would be concerned about your health markers, RBC/hematocrit/E2?
Didn't see your lifting experience, cycle experience, or mention of an AI?
Something I will comment on is nutrition, I would personally up the carbs and lower the protein a bit, say 50g
Even at a lean 190 for me I don't eat that much protein. I'm at around 225g and making gains.
The added carbs will help you keep your energy levels up.
Fats look good.

You must ofcourse have something to control estrogen issues should they arise,
preferably an AI.
Are the reason you haven't mentioned any PCT that you're going back to cruising/TRT?
I really like turinabol , very nice compound with few sides also.
Winstrol at the end for solidifying gains while leaning out is a classic IMO.
(But just running more turinabol at the end would be my choice)
Should work well, as long as estrogen is managed.

aftrnoon gentleman n thanx 4 considering 2 help me out. ive been lifting 4 quite awhile, but as is with every1, every routine, every cycle is a learning xperience as 2 c how your body reacts n 2 b honest, after yrs of lifting, i think im getting it down! how should i go about adding Adex 2 the above cycle? Wks 1-19 Adex .5/EOD? now when it comes to adding more carbs, i was consuming more, but i noticed that if i ate them late into the evening, i wasnt losing any weight, so i moved them around n will stop after noon. reason being no PCT, is that yes i plan on continuing the Cruising, but mayb not as much as 300mg/Wk as i have been, ill try n keep it down to about 250mg/Wk. was gonna go with Winny towards end of cycle, but only if my bf% was low enuff to make a difference, if not was mayb gonna try sum Test Prop Wks 17-20 100mg/EOD or would u consider finishing with Tbol n if so how much n length? thanks guys

If u been cruising on 300mg test e/week without an AI, an had no estrogen troubles, then might be you'll need a very low dose of adex.
There isn't one dose that fits all with adex, so I would start low and increase it depending on your goals.
I feel AIs hinder performance by making joints hurt more, so from a performance perspective id keep the dose as low as possible.
On the other hand, an adex removes bloat, lowers BP (if caused by estrogen bloat) and makes fat burning easier IMO.
So aside from gyno protection, AIs have both their positive and negative aspects.
I'd finish with turinabol instead of test prop, but an even better option would be some test prop week 17-19 with the turinabol. In other words, quit the test prop a week or 10 days before you quit the orals, so that you don't have any supressive test in you when PCT begins, oh wait, you're going back to cruising,
In that case, never stop the test, and use tbol at the end.

Do you carb cycle or run that low all the time? Hard to believe youre 20 percent bf. Thats a great post btw, nice to see everythong laid out correctly. Great meal plan besides lack of green vegs. What about your training style and routine?

Hey Cuz...i might b wrong on that 20%bf! I had sum pics up in another forum n was told i eas more like 10%. Nevr Carb cycle,always keep them that low n especially none aftr noon as i tend to store those Carbs as fat. I always lay out my full cycle n meals b4 i start n always look 4 positive feedback on it,nevr go in blind. Also have my gym routine set. Ill b startin the routine in bout 2wks so i can get all the weights set so when i start. I should b startin my Blast 1st wk of Nov. So Cuz my Stack is G2G?
