    indigestion

    Hey what's up fellas, I've got a couple to a few questions. First of all stats, 22 years old, 210lbs, 11%bf, 5'10". I've ran 2 cycles nothing too extenuous or crazy. First cycle when I was 20, and 2 cycle this past January to April. In August I had some test cyp, I was just pinning 500 mg a week. I was just cutting trying to get down to 8%bf. Everything was going good for the first 5 weeks until just one day I couldn't poop. It wasn't constipation, just indigestion but I thought it was constipation at the time so I was just living off laxatives hoping everything would return to normal. It wasn't until a week or so ago that I've read about indigestion and realized that's what I had. My heart burn isn't super crazy or anything I barley even notice it, it's just the irregular and incomplete bowel moments that bother me so much because I can barley eat anything or I blow up like a balloon. Can anyone help me here? I've been to the doc twice and he did x-rays, blood, urine, and a poop test and said everything was fine and just told me to take a anti inflammatory.

    Are you on cycle now? What are your bloods? Could be everything, I have the same issue when my E2 isn't sufficient. How's your thyroid?

    See I read some stuff about thyroid problems and I called the doc back and told him I'd read some stuff and he said they already checked everything and all my levels were fine. What's E2?

    Are you still on test cyp? So I suppose you never took an AI? E2 is your friendly estrogen and you need it within range. It's a product of Test metabolism. On cycle, you need this under control. High E2 can also trigger indigestion, in my experience.

    You never did cycle bloods did you?

    Sorry and I came completely off cycle after 3 weeks ago in fear that it was the test doing it. And my indigestion I guess I haven't really noticed a difference between when I was still on after symptoms starting occurring vs now, other than feeling like dirt and weak because I can't hardly eat. Also I love spicy food every night after my workout I would eat a omlet with 3 eggs and 2 egg whites with 3 jalapeņos and 1 green chile. I read spicy food can cause indigestion but I've backed off of that when I was taking the laxatives because that was burning a hole in my butt. I've started eating yogurt every day and I haven't eaten red meat since my symptoms started occurring. Last alcohol I had was the 4th of July, I'm not a smoker. I just go to work, walk my dog, go to them gym, then eat, 6 days a week and my diet like I said to me was perfect, tuna and chicken every day, carb load twice a week high. I was eating a bunch of meat though, but I was still eating my vegtables. So I mean I'm not sure what I did wrong

    I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge I try and read about this stuff as much as I can so I can stay safe and keep doing this and hopefully have the physique I've always dreamed about. My first cycle I just jumped on the train not knowing as much as I should and I didn't take a AI, not because I didn't have the money or anything for it but I'd asked multiple people at the gym, you know baros that I trust and they said I didn't need an AI unless I was running in the neighborhood of 1000 mg a week. I've never had any physical side effects from test or tren e other than sweating my butt off and the tren made me have some mental issues but nothing physical. So I thought I was safe.

    So you come off and no PCT? I have no idea if it's anything cycle-related, but I suggest you take a look at the stickies here

    My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

    The young and Steroids

    Sorry, but you were too young to cycle in first place your levels are probably in the sink right now, see if you can do some proper PCT.

    Please always do you own research and don't trust gym broscience. You have been on Tren too? Bro that's even more suppressive for your endogenous Test. Hang around here so you can build your knowledge on AAS and cycle recovery.

    Ask your doctor what values you had for the thyroid test;
    TSH, T4, T3 and reverse-T3.
    (Some doctors leave patients with untreated thyroid issues due to lack of knowledge, as they just look at the lab test and see that the values are within reference range.)

    Could this be diet related? (Allergy)

    And ofcourse do bloodwork for all values affected by AAS as allready suggested.
