I placed my first order yesterday. Starting to get concerned I may have been swindled. I sent a message asking a couple of questions and have not gotten a response. If there is a vet willing to do a check and ease my worries please message me. Thanks in advance for any advice.

You should relax.
The people who run UGLs are just like you and me, their life gets hectic and unexpected circumstances arise.
Just hold tight for a few days and don't be annoying to the point where you pass them off.
