    4th cycle planning

    Hi. finished PCT 2 weeks ago. cycle was test P tren A mast P 100mg/eod. started at 184lbs went up to 195lbs. after PCT 190lbs. calorie intake was 200 cal above maintenance.
    I'll be off AAS till December and then i want to do a bulking cycle.

    33 years old, 5'10", 190lbs around 12-13%bf
    previous cycles: test E 500mg week/12weeks
    Test E 600mg wee/12 weeks.

    thinking to do:
    1 - test E 800mg week/10weeks, Adroll or Dboll 50mg day/2weeks at start and 2 weeks towards the end.
    2 - test E 600mg week/10weeks, Deca 400mg week/8weeks
    3 - test e 600mg week/10weeks, ADroll or Dboll 50mg day week1-2,tren A 400mg week/week 3-8

    will take AI, hcg and have DA on hand.
    PCT clomid/nolva 100/50/50/50
    40/20/20/20
    what do you think would be best for bulking?
    i'm kinda thinking to take it easy and keep it simple. do test and Adroll cycle and use tren on my summer cycle.

    I'm kinda skeptical towards deca. read a lot about how it is worse then tren. i had no issues with 100mg/eod tren ace. only sides i got HBP and rage. i was not taking DA. there was no need.

    I would have your diet looked at.You are on the light side for your ht.

    FYI...
    2 weeks after PCT is too soon to judge how much of the gains you maintained.
    You still have PCT meds in your system.

    6 weeks after PCT get blood work.
    Start thinking about your next cycle then.

    For all you know, 6 weeks after PCT you may weigh as much as you did before your cycle.

    You gained 6lbs (potentially less) off a test tren mast cycle? Definitely something wrong with your diet there.

    OP post up some pics. Curious to see what were working with here.

    DIET
    meal 1- 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 80 gr oatmeal with sugar free jam
    meal 2- 200 gr ground chicken(breast) patty fried in vegetable oil
    meal 3- 250 gr ground chicken(breast) meat balls mixed in some rice and 250 gr sweet potato
    meal 4- 200 gr grilled chicken(breast) some broccoli@cauliflower
    meal 5- 2 cans tuna(4oz) with fat free mayo 250 gr brown rice
    Workout- i drink 3 tablespoons of honey mixed in water and BCAA during workout
    meal 6- 2 scoops whey protein with 80 gr raw oatmeal
    meal 7- 200 gr either grilled chicken(breast), fish or lean steak
    sometimes eat 2% fat cottage cheese before bad

    my diet is on spot. definitely eating over maintenance which is 2800cal
    i was not eating that much on my tren cycle on purpose. i was doing recomp not bulking and have great results!

    Hey buddy I think your maintenance calories are a bit higher than your estimating.

    30, 5'10", 190, 12% at moderate exercise would put you at at lest 3,100 calories for maintenance.

    well i calculated my macros and it puts me approximately at 3200 cals
    P-404 C-260 F-60
    even with this calories i see little bit BF increase.
    i gained back 2 ponds though. i was 192 this morning on empty stomach.
    i can't eat more protein anymore so do you think i need to increase carbs or fats?
    also back to original question. what cycle should i plan for bulking in January?

    400grs protein? You dont need it that much.

    Up the carbs and start carb cycling.
