I have always liked running serms at night before bed for pct. but if your running an ai and are Gyno prone it wouldn't really matter when you take them 10 mg of nolva

well, i think my first problem is shit PCT supplier... I'm changing that in about 5 days

my second problem is that while i was on cycle my E2 was really low, 12. and then i was told to allow it to increase, so i lowered my Exemestane dosage and my sex drive returned + i felt better. however, nipple sensitivity came back.

i was even taking prami, at .7 mg a day. that seemed to work. now that i'm on PCT can i use prami still because i dont want to use an AI.

the lumps aren't noticeable, but the fact that they are even their bothers me.

so ultimately, i havn't been using pharm grade drugs as ancillaries. that needs to change now.

i've said this plenty of times before, but i'm going to say it again. thanks for the help! it's really brought me a long way. knowledge wise.
