If you're gonna do a gyno op then yeah, you can cycle,
but there are other reasons to control E2 than just gyno.
However, you can tolerate (deepening on how you feel) to let E2 a little higher,
as gyno isn't an issue anymore.
But jumping into a cycle just because you'll remove any breast tissue that MAY happen (if you don't control E2) sounds rash.
I would do the cycle when you are prepared, whether it be before or after.
