A water based Test? Can this be taken orally like Winstrol? And if so, why is it not recommended for newbies scared of needles doing Dbol only cycles?

It's not recommended for newbies to do dbol only cycles. I've never heard of that before.
Get over your fear of needles, or you won't be able to ever keep solid gains unless you're just on anavar.

Test Suspension is water based.
Andriol is oral test and doesn't have a bad effect on the liver. You have to take a lot of pills throughout the day though.

No you can not take test suspension orally.
Also It is not good for anyone to take d-bol only cycles. You wouldn't keep any gains from a d-bol only cycle.
As a side note any orals only cycle suck. Sorry but, if you want to make keepable gains you're going to have to man up and use some injectables.

HP, you must have misunderstood my question. Let me rephrase it. I was referring to the fact that many newbies come on to this board asking about doing Dbol only cycles. The most common reply is...."Do not do Dbol alone, run it with some Test." Since the major factor in newbies doing a dbol only cycle is fear of needles, I thought that an oral test/dbol cycle would be a healthy alternative. But, since xxxl83 has indicated that test suspension cannot be taken orally, that theory can be eliminated. I am not some newbie looking for justification of a Dbol only cycle. I am simply trying to gather as much information as I can before doing my first cycle. I will admit I am apprehensive about injecting. However, I have come to the conclusion that the only way I am going to gain quality mass (and keep it) is to inject. By the way, why would you say "you won't be able to ever keep solid gains unless you're just on anavar." Thanks for the input.

test suspension isn't.
Can't take susp orally, bottom line. not many kinds of juice can be taken orally...and oral AAS are usually harder on the liver anyway FOR THE MOST PART. u should be aprehensive. it IS scary the first few times...u look at urself in the mirror while ur doing it and just sit there for a min. thinking...wow, look what im doing to improve my physical appearance. ive done it numerous times, but i dont regret ANY of it. Definately worth it IMO.
