I want to get some critique on my first cycle, so that you can make me aware if I am missing anything. Here are my stats:
I'm 23 years old male
5'9" tall
176 lbs
13-14% body fat
This is my 1st cycle, and i want some critique to be the best cycle my first, sorry by languange i'm not inglish.
I've been training since I was 16. I never have serious injurys. I've been consistently training for 2 years now.
My goal is to add a little of lean muscle.
Here is my cycle proposal:
Week 1 to 10: Test E - 500mg per week. (250mg twice weekly) 1 shot Sunday, 1 shot Wednesday that's right ?
Week 1 to 10: HCG - 250 IU twice weekly different days? like 1 shot Saturday and 1 shot Tuesday?
Week 1 to 12: Anastrozole - 0.25mg every day?
I'll take 14 days off after last injection and then PCT with Clomid - 75/50/50/50 and Nolva - 40/20/20/20 (standard, is good for my cycle?), in my country lots of people use HCG after cycle, but i read a lot and i think is the best way during the cycle.
Questions:
1- What you think about use proviron ?
2- Do you guys recomend liver protector ?
