cutting after bulking in the same cycle?
I'm in week 9 of my second cycle only test e 600 at week. (adex 0.5 eod and 250 IU hcg 2 x week).
I gained 17-18 lbs, no sides. Strenght up 10-20%. Now I wouldn't gain more weight, I would keep this size and cut some fat to other 4-5 weeks.
now I'm eating 400/500 kcal over tdee, I think to cut 800 kcal and (going to under 300 tdee ) add 20 min cardio after each workout (5 times at week). It is a good idea? recommendations?Last edited by Faacus; 10-18-2016 at 08:52 AM.

Why risk losing wat you worked for?Finish up your cycle add cals if needed to gain more. Then after your cycle you will lose some naturally anyway.

Agreed!
Finish your bulk and keep eating(cals at maintainence) during PCT and you'll lose some water anyways - if you try and cut too early your going to go around in circles like many do and will have a hard time keeping size... I don't want to lose anything I've built...
When your big enough to cut or big enough for your goals hen cut but not at the end of a bulk nor during PCT of too close to ending your cycle...
Keep adjusting cals as your new weight is more than your TDEE when starting(sounds like you are bug try upping it to 500cal)...

As said above you should stay the course with your bulk and try and put on as much new tissue as possible.
While it is possible to bulk then cut in the same cycle it's an advanced technique.
You need to have a deep understanding of how to manipulate your body through a combination of diet, training and drugs.
You may be able to get to that point one day but if this is your second cycle bulking then cutting in the same cycle will likely be less productive then choosing one and committing 100 percent.
