If you trained for straight 5 years and still don't look 200% better than these pics you post then you must re think about what you're doing.

it's really not heathy comparing your self to others like this brother all you have control of is being the best you that you can be...stop looking for excuses for why others are succeeding and you are not and focus on and worry about yourself...

It's not him in the pictures the guy in picture looks natural if no then he's doing something wrong.
And 5 years of steroid make wonders
I missed that he's not on steroid. my post may look bad but I meant he must look better by far I thought he's on steroid that's all.

I am thinking a big cup of "Mind your own business" is what you need.

I sure hope he isn't on roids lol. Gives them a bad name by them pics don't get me wrong. He is in decent even good shape. . But No mass on the back at all or anything else. Maybe lean and a little preserve mass built up from calories and bulking and having a natural high metabolism so it shows from proper dieting . My friend has a physique like that but never used. People have different genetics. His may allow that
PS. What kind of gym to you go to lol. They slang rigs there. I.e needles. Lol wtf.Last edited by Marsoc; 10-18-2016 at 08:41 PM.

Why do u care if he is on gear or not? If your trying to figure out because your a little jelly and want to be like him, then stop sitting around judging him for something and start busting your a'' at the gym and eatin. You will get there

it's possible, when I graduated high school i was 5'9" 198lbs about 14%bf benching 385, squatting 565, power cleaning 300. Never even seen a steroid . Then again its really about genetics. I know ppl who use steroids been working out for 15yrs and well they look like over grown barrels....

This is mere speculation and the OP hasn't told why it's so important whether he uses or not.
You're worried for your friend or wondering why he responds to training so much better than you?
Stop caring about what others do, start learning how to live the life if you want more progress yourself (something you can do here), and be happy with what u accomplish. When you're more experienced your friend may tell you more as well, have you thought about that he might not tell you what he uses because he don't want YOU to do put yourself in danger?
