I was wondering if this sounds sufficient i read alot about the stuff and see alot of different answer. I'm 6'1 220 lbs probably close to 20% bf. I worked out for about 6 years straight and took like a half of a year off and i wanted to get back to where i was and i figured this could be a good way to do that, also im 28. If you guys think that i should up it or leave it this way im interested in what is to be said. Thank you for your input in advance.
