Thread: looking for some mild and good cycle with define fitness model look

    Hi..
    Age-30yr
    Weight -72kg
    Gym.. More than 5 yrs... Regular since 2 yrs
    Steroid history- have tried oral - STANAZOLOL + liver support in past.... Recently I was using oral TURINABOL 10mg +liver support everyday for 40 days.. Had amazing strength and optimal gains...
    Now its been more than 20 days.. I was on n off frm gym and didnt take anything....
    Please suggest me.. What should i do... Looking forward to compete in modelling competition...
    And i am confused.. Should i gain some muscle mass... Or should i go for ripped body on same wieght.....
    Never gone fr pin myslf...although m nt scared to pin myslf... But just want to keep natural as long as possible... Nw its competition time.. So looking forward to enhance my ability to be in d competition

    Please help me experts....

    Hey mate I'm not sure what you mean by optimal gains because in the last 9 months you've gained 1kg.

    You have your priorities mixed up.

    You're 5'10" 158lb and running unhealthy oral only cycles when you should be working on improving your diet.

    Stacking and taking any steroids you want will not make up for large deficiencies in diet.

    I know you're a vegetarian but you should still be able to meet your macros for growth.

    Imo you should use both nolva and clomid for PCT then have bw after 6 weeks, that includes TT, LH and fsh, to see if you've recovered.

    Combine a basic Test only cycle with a good diet and you'll get pretty awesome results. If you want a milder cycle, run 350mg/wk of Test.

    My first cycle was 250mg/wk of Test Cyp and it was phenomenal! I had already been training for 10 years at that point and it 10 weeks i crushed every PR i had in the gym prior.

    And please guide me.. If ll go fr TEST only cycle... Can i keep my gains once i ll go off frm cycle..
    And will it effect on my future married life?
    Hope it wont b a problem fr my natural testosterone ....

    You really need to learn how to eat before you cycle.You got things all backwards.You biuld a base then cycle not cycle to build a base.

    Sameer ive seen you post about this months ago and im sure you only eat eggs and veg as your a veegan if i remember correctly

    Stop being a vegan and get some meat in your body mate

    Please take this as constructive criticism and not as hate.

    If you cycle now, regardless of compounds used, you will lose everything post cycle because you don't know how to eat for growth.

    Once again you should do PCT now if you haven't already done so after your previous cycle.

    Having blood work would also be a good idea.

    The propionate ester is and should be used eod or ed injections to keep your blood levels most stable!(read below for reason one could go longer than ed/but eod is tried and proved)!!

    After 3 days propionate is out of your system or damn near cleared - e2d is pushing it(unless you've gotten bw confirming not a dramatic dip in serum blood levels!

    HCG is used 2x wkly(some use it ed like some on HRT - 100iu/day etc) but usually one would want to use HCG at 250iu 2x wkly... one could go up to 750-1000iu/wk much more than this you will desensitize your leydig cells which will not re-sensitize.... run it on cycle up to 3days prior to starting pct

    Please don't don't give bad advice especially someone whose never cycled b4 - thx!

    I agree in the test p point the graph show heavy drop after 24 hour.

    Hcg is always argue able some say keep it on pct can't remember exactly how long is William lewilin pct but it's long and hcg included. But 250 twice a week is more logical.

    No more bad advices.

    Should i go for test C, E or P...
    Planning to start wid 150-200mg/wk...
    And should i take some estrogen blocker also. Like aimedex, provion.. Etc...

    Yh.. I m vegan.. Eat eggs only... No meat....
    Oats..peanut butter...whey protein.. Cheese... Curd... Pulses..these are my protein sources

    My apologies.... No nothing like that... Every word written by u is knowledgeable fr me.. I appreciate everyone here... Helping others... N asking to focus on diet n food rather on AAS... But y i am asking u again n again.. Coz i need to look gud in my modeling competition.. If i wont use all this..may be other person must b using this n he will become s winner... Nobdy see how natural u r in competition.. They onlu see how better u look than others....

    Diet and cardio and clever training will dictate your model look more than the drugs, simple as that

    Hi.. Thanx.. Expert..

    K so i have madeup my mind... M nt going to use anymore performance enhancer... Will stick on gud diet n workout plan....
    But i hv some meditech ANAVAR in my hand around 50 tabs of 10mg... Should i give them to someone else...or still i can use it to rid of some fat n gain strength...
    Looking forward fr some NO extreme as pre workout...
