If you forgot to take a does of your AI on an EOD plan. Do you just start with it that very next day and change your schedule to the new eod schedule? This seems like it would make the most sense.

Yes, thats what i would do
If you missed a day just take it asap and keep going EOD,
waiting another day to take it, or taking double isnt a good idea, which is what some people do
You will be fine with the plan you mentioned
