just finishing up my last tweak guys 3rd thread sorry but clearing up any miss consumptions
Currently I train 6 days a week rest sundays I do a 4 day split and repeat so you hit every body part every 5 days I know rest is needed to grow but im use to high volume 25+ working sets but I lowered my set so 12-16 big groups and I have notice better pumps and more weight just need to decide one split and rest

Been thinking lately what if I go with a 5 day split

what do you think would be better over all saying volume and intensity was the same and for a 5 day split can you do chest tri or should it just be chest and back alone would only be two movements for arms on those days to finish them off
