Emergency Help!
Hey guys,
I need your help!
[B]I have a big f**king problem with my shape body.
I'm planning to: (8 weeks)
- Diet nutrition per day (120g High protein + 600g Low carb)
- Supplements per day (50g Isolate protein + 15tab Amino beef + 2tab Multi-Vitamin + 6tab CLA + 30ml L-Carnitine liquid)
I need to use steroid without injecting (only tablets) beside this program.
(Clen + T3 + Stanazole tab + Anavar ) Is that stack perfect?
If that perfect, What is the best dosage to get shredded body?
Thank you...Last edited by yubsep; 08-20-2019 at 02:24 AM.

You don't need aas. You need proper nutrition and training before touch substances.

Jump over to the nutrition forum and read the stickies. Start a log with sample diet and training. The good folks over there can help!

Steroids DO NOT make you skinny.
Proper diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight in a healthy and natural manner.

GGR is right.
Even an AAS like anavar (would not only be wasted),
it could potentially make you even fatter by increasing your appetite.
Training and nutrition is what you need now, AAS is for later, to increase muscle mass.

FYI:
600g of carbs is not even close to low carb
120g of protein is nor even close to high protein

OP I have been in the same position, I know what you feel like. The only thing that is gonna change it is diet and Hard a$$ work.
Do some research on diet and exercise that will make your journey easier in the long run.
I went low carb and lots of cardio when I lost my weight (65 lbs) I had no idea what I was doing I never lifted a weight only cardio. When it was all done I was a disaster I bet 1/2 the weight I lost was muscle I had turned into a skinny fat guy. I wish I would have done more research and found this forum before I started.
When it comes time and if you are still wanting to use gear you will have to use the needle to do things right.

Don't listen to silabolin. He's a fucking Viking. He has hands on experience with multiple cycles but he speaks out of disregard for anything but his own selfish ideals. He doesn't consider someone's lack of training or anything else. Which is true. Ur diet and training intensity is what makes you. Compunds just help ..I never cycled before but listen to the red color and knowledable memebers lol ..hence why ur not red yet silabolin. Just sayin. Ur my friend though and I love you

like everyone else is suggestion, go to the diet section. I'd start wrapping your mind around the fact that it took you at least a year to get his way and it may take at least that long to get it off. There are no short cuts and there are no quick fixes. hard work and consistency will get you there and your will feel better month after month. You will learn more about how your body reacts to food and training everyday. When you start you wont be perfect but you will be moving in the right direction, and you will pick up new tricks as you go. Remember your goal will be progress, not perfection. Good luck

Fucking Silabolin talking out his ass again. Sometimes he can make some sense and give some good advise, but this time he is COMPLETELY WRONG!
We don't condone cycling at high body fat levels. We ALWAYS say to drop body fat down as much as possible BEFORE you cycle.
No way in hell will I recommend steroids to someone with +20% body fat.

The issue here as well as what's been pointed out
Fast food non stop for a year = more than likely, terrible lipid profile.
Add Aas to the mix higher blood pressure, higher water, and may even be dangerous to even push your self hard enough to loose weight, with a stroke or heart attack just waiting to happen

I was eating a lot of fast food everyday from a year without stopping. I have to start now before blowing up myself

My experience with fat people doing cycles;
1) if they are experienced powerlifters that know how to train, and only want to increase strength, then yes, in those instances short cycles of specific compounds do fulfill their goals. But their goal is not to lose fat, in fact, like one powerlifters told me, he felt he gained some strength (in some excersizes) merely by adding fat.
This is not healthy, it is for athletes in competitions, and not in accordance with the OPs goal.
2) Some more advanced bodybuilders have started a bulk with higher BF, and lost it while using AAS and correct diet, however, once they take a break from training (often due to injury) they regain all the fat they lost very quickly.
They also suffer more sides as high blood pressure.
Again, this does not fit the OP, he's not advanced.
3) people with limited experience training that use AAS in hopes of losing fat,
not only do they get more sides like gyno, high BP, water retention,
but some of them gained a lot of fat in the process. Some gained equal portions of muscle and fat. Again, not what the OP wants.
