Dbol ONLY PCT and next cycle?
So a friend came off a Dbol only cycle today where he took 20 MG DBOL a day for 5 weeks. He will not get his Nolva PCT before in 1 weeks time. He will however get his gear for his next cycle in 3 days which PROBABLY will be a Test Enth only cycle, cant confirm 100% yet.
Should he start his new cycle in 3 days and than do proper PCT after cycle finnished OR do he stay clean for 1 week than do PCT and than wait a month or something before he start next cycle?
Please give him some good tips
AGE: 27
WEIGHT before Dbol only cycle: 132 LBS
Weight AFTER: 143 LBS

Your problem is not dbol , or test or whatever cycle. Your problem is nutrition and training. You are supposed to be lifting for a while before taking steroids ??
Do you know steroids and can affect your whole future life? Very poor research....
Just drop everything and start eating and training, you will look better.
For reference I weighted more than you on my marathon running days, and there are girls here at same weight not being as taller as you.

he's been through all that and got close to nowhere in 2 years of working out. He just want to be lean like in picture but slightly bigger and steroids WILL happen
So since the steroid "damage" is already done, please let him know which would be the best and least dangerous result when it comes to health. Thank you

I still am amazed and wonder why there are 135lb guys that just want to be big lol. Well there are fat dudes that just want to be skinny but it will take work and effort. Consistency and dedication. I guess I just try to be the best tht I can be. And don't try to be something I'm not. As in something your genetics won't allow. And I bet depedning on what your dudes intensity and type of trining he was doing and diet is a large part of him not making ny gin she in 2 years. Surprise. It will take hard work and consistent effort at least a year to make minimum gain. Naturally. So I bet if he's lifting like his stats.(.light ) and lacks intensity. Then he can lift his whole life and get nowhere

He should continue to randomly and haphazardly put anabolic compounds in his body. Please also make sure he states how he has a prefect nutrition protocol and training.
Joining this forum and asking for suggestions and help is also a good idea, make sure he knows to give pushback WHEN he doesn't get the answer he was looking for.

I mean I hope him well just want people to be real. Like what your built for is a good base to strategize your futures goals. I.e. I can't be a little skinny Calvin Klein model. But I can be a large efficient Alpha male lol

Defiantly get everything you need laid out and organized and get a calendar and mark your dates with your regiment and your sups and mgs. The pct is more important and if anything that should be bought before your on cycle gear. You run gear and don't run pct. you'll loose everything you worked for and plus some.

he dont really want to be "big/huge", just aesthetic and gain some weight atleast for now, people always change and push their goals further once their first goal has been achived . When he was training naturally for 2 years, he just got really ripped but not much weight gain. cheers

If this is the case:
"he do not have a perfect diet but he try his best, and same with training. he read, and practice new stuff to try to better his self."
Then AAS is not anywhere in his near future. You don't just pop a pill or do an injection and magic happens.

Lets do some backwards planning here. On Nov 5th you ended a 5 week cycle of dbol only (). Your starting weight was 132. 9 weeks since you started your dbol only cycle () you have retained the 11 pounds gained from the dbol, and put on another 12 pounds. That puts you at gaining 23 pounds in basically 2 months.

ever heard of SWIM?
for the people wondering about my weight, yes i learned how to eat my appetite skyrocketed over the dbol cycle and ive pretty much reached my fitness goals so far. Just want 10 more pounds with the low lvl bodyfat i have now and being able to keep it like that in the years to come.
