Not sure if U need an AI while on hgh. Or nolva ususaly works good I hear since it effects the actual breast tissue. Opposed to clomid which works on the brain at lowering estrogen.
Or raloxifene is best I hear

I'm in the a similar position as the OP and I'm not knowledgeable enough to make a suggestion here.
So just a quick question ...
How does Letrozole compare to Raloxifene?
I've read that they both tackle Gyno is different ways. Letro smashing down the Gyno & Ralox blocking the Estrogen
Could that nip it in the bud ... So to speak?

Begin with 60mg/d.
You should know that gyro begins in a florid stage and becomes more fibrous over time.
The more fibrous your lump the less responsive it will be to SERM therapy.
SERM therapy can easily take 9+ weeks to be affective so be patient.
I'm not one to be pessimistic but if you've had your gyno since childhood there is a good chance you will need surgery to have it removed.
