First cycle at 22?
Anyway I know the risks and I have heard that the hpta finishes developing at 26, so I am aware that me cycling might come in the way of that.
Right now I am 5'8 and 196 lbs
I want to cycle for rugby mainly to recover faster from my workouts and also to gain some strength
I am probably going to cut down to 180 lbs before I cycle so that I am lean.
I have some nagging joint issues in the knees that I would love to have addresses.
What do you guys recommend?

Nothing, you are too young. EOD
For the knee you could try TB500 though. More info and where to get it is on google.

I agree with Sil.... Wait until your 25.

These guys were determined to handle the side effects of steroid use , until it happened to them. Think twice about starting AAS use at your age.

You are right but I already have low testosterone at 400ng/dl. I have also been training for 6 years as well. But I still need to read more.

Yes stick with those
They are not even close to being real anabolic -androgenic steroid hormones
They are vitamin and herbal supplements

If you have such a low test even at that age 22, can a trt from the doctor... if you cant.... your test amount is fine. Work your ass off, eat plenty of protein. If your not going to be a serious Bodybuilder and compete for life. No need to jump on gear at 22.

I have been working my ass off for 6 years. Honestly I'm pretty happy with the way things are going but my recovery from workouts isn't good (joint pain and feeling sluggish) and also I have no sex drive. But I'm not going to jump into it I don't want to risk anything so I'll get blood work and check my cardiovascular health meters to see if that is causing my erectile dysfunction. Some of the things I am experiencing I should not experience at my age.

Also I am not going to make the team without roids because my genetics are not up to par but I need to use them safely. It has been my dream to be a collegiate athlete for a while and I think I have what it takes because I am disciplined, persistent and consistent in preparing for whatever I pursue.

I just want to warn you to be careful of your mindset. If you think that you need AAS, it can take you down a road that you wish you never went down. AAS is not going to make you superman nor will it change your genetics.

BUDS Training, or any special forces training, there are older guys with beer guts that make it vs. the perfectly cut athletic types. Training like that goes way beyond athletics. It's breaking you down and making everything inside you want to tap out. Surviving and passing is who your soul is. What is in your core at your deepest point. If you have a mist droplet of quit in you you will not make the cut. It takes an alpha. The very few that make it would have literally died if they hadn't. They would have allowed their death rather than punch out.
