HCG - am I making this too difficult?

I'm a week out from starting this cycle and just wanted to clean up some things with regard to HCG . I have the amps, which you need to break, w/ 5000IU per. I have 10ml bac water to reconstitute.

    Reconstituting the HCG/bac mix:
What I do not have is an empty vial to put it in. I do have plenty of 10ml vials of sodium chloride. Is it an issue to pull all the sodium chloride out, dump it, and then add the mixed HCG/bac to that now empty vial? Numbere helped me out here, I just don't think we cleared this question up.

    On the math:
Which is a better method, does it matter?

    1) If you have 5000IU in 2cc's - that's 2500IU/cc or 2500IU/100units. Obviously, 2500 x .1 (10units) = 250IU which is the dose I want.

    -or-

    2) reconstitute the HCG w/ 5cc's bac water - that's 1000IU/cc. 1000 x .25 (25units) = 250IU. This method has more bad water and a larger draw, any benefit to that?

    Pinning HCG:
I plan to pin Test E twice a week using glutes. Is it okay to pin the HCG right after in the stomach (pinning twice a week as well)?
What is the best size/gage needle for the HCG and is the stomach the best site for sub q?

Thanks all. Hopefully the questions are not incessant or annoying. I read the stickie on HCG; super informative, just didn't feel like these questions got answered.

I just used the vial that the hCG came in. It is made for a smaller amount of mixtrure but i believe that you can fit in 3ml. This makes the amount of hcg to inject minimal. Something like .15 ml of hcg 2x per week.

yeah man, I think we're talking 2 different vials. I'm using amps (pictured below) the bigger being the 5000IU HCG . There's no way I could store that - broken - for two weeks.

Reconstitute your hcg with 2ml of bac water then transfer to a storage vial.

Yes, you can use the empty vial in which your NaCl water was stored.

Unless you have large vials of NaCl water then 5ml of fluid will likely be too much because smaller vials hold a max of 3.5ml.

Yes, you can pin your hcg subq after pinning your test IM.

I have found 29-31g insulin pins work fine for pinning hcg subq.

You need an empty sterile vial when using pregnyl, as everything comes in breakable ampules.

Perfect. That answers everything on HCG. Appreciate it.
