First test cycle
How does my first cycle look? Anything I should change and why?
Week 1-11: test E 500mg, 250u hcg , quarter tablet arimidex every other day
Week 12: 250mg test E, 150u hcg, quarter tablet arimidex every other day
Week 13-16: quarter tablet arimidex twice a week for the first two weeks, nolva 50/50/40/30
The reason I run ai into pct is I want to be 100% sure my estrogen doesn't go to far above normal because SERM's don't protect against all estrogen related sides.

Here's the truth, aside from your age -
You need to eat. Then eat some more and then eat lots more. I know I know you eat loads but you don't eat enough.

BRO!!!!!!! lets for a minute you are too young.But 5'10 150??? you are way under weight.You really dont need aas you need to learn how to eat.I know this isnt wat you want to hear.You want to just get big over night.Well sorry it dont work like that.Not even with aas beacuse if you do gain which I doubt you will lose everything.Beacuse if you put on 20lbs you have to eat like a 170lb guy.Hit our diet section post your diet and they will help.Tell Kel Songdog sent you!

Ok thanks for the info.
22 = too young
5'10 & 150 = too undersized
1 year of serious training = not long enough
Nutrition is your best friend right now, not only the amounts but the right foods FOR YOU and prepared the right way.
A nutrition coach would be a good start.

I was 130 when I started a year ago and I've lean bulked to 150 on 3300 calories and I've recently bumped it to 4000

Alright, I will wait. i would still like to boost test without aas though, ive heard most test boosters don't do **** so I heard some have tried using clomid or hcg maybe cycled to boost test?

Aight, how do my max's look for my weight/height?
Bench: 190
Squat: 250 (low)
Deadlift: 340

Max's are irrelevant unless you're a powerlifter.

From what ive read in stickies take above advice just read all diet stickies thats where i am now i wanted to start test cycle a month ago after reading frew stickies and getting advice i reckon im a good 6 months off, i now have new goals im pushing towards first and more learning to do while i get my body/ diet / training perfect and ready to go,

Again my only advice read them all a few times with open mind not just trying to find a reason why u should start now, with a good diet/supplements/vitamins u cud still get a lot of natural gains,
Im no expert so if i learnt the error of my ways u will to mate
