1-12 susta 500 mg ( maybe a few weeks 750 ?)
1-4 dbol 40 mg ( 50 last 10 days?)
6-12 tritren 150 mg twice a week
15-17 clomid 100-50-50
12-15. Hcg 500

Since a few days I realized that when I lie, or maybe someone gives me a blow on the right nipple I have a little discomfort. Contracting the pectoral feels a slight lump. Wrong way of using AI, like said above you need to use it from start to be effective, and test it by doing bloodwork to check if dosage is correct.

5 days of adex will lower e2 but not remove the existing gyno, for that you need nolva or raloxifene.

Your PCT is a mess, have you ever done bloodwork to check recovery??

Nolva doesnt do this. You want to have estrogen in normal levels, not too much not too little, hence the reason for mid cycle bloodwork. But its the AI that control the estrogen quantity, not nolva.
