Eq + dbol+ susta and tren cycle -- nipple

Hi
I'm at my fifth cycle. It's a bulk cycle. I'm finishing the third week.
Age 26
198 lbs
10% bf

1-12 susta 500 mg ( maybe a few weeks 750 ?)
1-4 dbol 40 mg ( 50 last 10 days?)
6-12 tritren 150 mg twice a week
15-17 clomid 100-50-50
12-15. Hcg 500

Since a few days I realized that when I lie, or maybe someone gives me a blow on the right nipple I have a little discomfort. Contracting the pectoral feels a slight lump. From 5 days I take arimidex and the lump seems to have disappeared, and the pain is much less crush it. What I do continuous arimidex or suspend?
I would not just be my anxiety and blocking aromatase do not get the maximum effect. Because for example if I raise my arms are no known swelling under the nipple

You should be running your AI and Hcg all the way through from start of cycle to PCT start.

Your pct is woefully inadequate for your cycle.

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20/20/20

What is your EQ dosage?

Wrong way of using AI, like said above you need to use it from start to be effective, and test it by doing bloodwork to check if dosage is correct.

5 days of adex will lower e2 but not remove the existing gyno, for that you need nolva or raloxifene.

Your PCT is a mess, have you ever done bloodwork to check recovery??

yes .. I have done blood tests before starting and it was all normal

Do you mean block estrogen completely?

Nolva doesnt do this. You want to have estrogen in normal levels, not too much not too little, hence the reason for mid cycle bloodwork. But its the AI that control the estrogen quantity, not nolva.

What was your total testosterone level on the precycle bloodwork?
