Hcg during entire 12 week cycle?

Should hcg be used during an entire 12 week cycle of test e? (Alongside an AI of course). Or should it only be used during the last 4 weeks of the cycle, until the day before pct starts. The plan laid out in the sticky "excecuting a first succesful cycle" explains that hcg should be used alongside test e for the full 12 weeks, however i have been watching some videos by dylan gemelli on youtube and he makes it pretty clear that he thinks hcg should never be used more than 4 weeks, and at 6 weeks max. So, what is the most common approach? Im leaning towards 250iu twice a week from weeks 10-14, then beginning pct. im not saying anybody is wrong just looking for other opinions.

If you dont take HCG your testicles will not have any stimulus to produce testosterone as your production shutsdown, the more time they are without stimulation the more difficult it can get to restart production.

250iu twice a week is the preference You want just enough stimulus to keep things functioning. I usually mix it in with the test.

In the same shot? So if i have 10000iu of hcg mixed with 10cc of water, i can draw 1/4 cc of hcg, then 1 cc of test with the same syringe?

You can, but then you are going to either use a lot of needles to draw both compounds, or contaminate the HCG or the oil if you don't swap needles charging the syringe.

It is much easier to buy a box of insulin syringes and inject it subcutaneously.

Subcutana what? And yes i use bacteriostatic water. I dont mind using more needles if it means 1 less shot. Needles are cheap
