    dilemma, but a good position to be in

    Now then Brothers, a small unforseen dilemma has cropped up, currently training hard maybe twice a day, diet is on point and dialled in, im growing nicely (236lbs) and staying lean with a small waist, currently cruising on test 125mg PW and 125mg Deca a week,

    I was planning to start a blast next week, but is it a waste at this stage if training is going so well ?

    If its all going well just keep doing what your doing.

    There is always plenty of time to blast later on

    Whats you calories and macros like at you weight ?

    also if you want to blast than BLAST .. but if you are gaining steady and feel great that's your choice maybe save the blast for when gains stall out unless you want a boost right now and cannot wait like most of us on here lol

    Might be wrong here but if your cruising on test deca ... maybe up the test to 200mg a week and deca to 150-200 for a little boost or a small low dosage blast

    about 3700 calories, mesomorph, 50p/30c/20f, carbs before during and after workout only, im ver carb sensitive , aiming to put a pound a week on

    If you're making progress then don't get greedy, stay with what's working.

    Imo save the blast for when you hot a plateau.

    Yeah thanks all, it makes sense to wait off,

    its really weird whats happening, and i can put it down to exceptional circumstances,

    1. after last comp in July i got injured and didnt train upper body, then in for an operation which i couldnt train legs either,
    2. diagnosed full coeliac ( gluten free ) meaning my stomach was damaged and i have not been utilising the nutrients i have taken in fully so far to date,
    3. switched to full keto, walked an hour a day for cardio, cut down to 220lbs.
    4. started weights and carbs again and BOOM ! size and shape, its like starting out fresh with half decent base
