about 3700 calories, mesomorph, 50p/30c/20f, carbs before during and after workout only, im ver carb sensitive , aiming to put a pound a week on
also if you want to blast than BLAST .. but if you are gaining steady and feel great that's your choice maybe save the blast for when gains stall out unless you want a boost right now and cannot wait like most of us on here lol
Might be wrong here but if your cruising on test deca... maybe up the test to 200mg a week and deca to 150-200 for a little boost or a small low dosage blast
