    Starting cycle

    My gym trainer used cypionate on me and used something else,i don't know but some people said that it resulted good,i really don't know what it was and i moved out of town(that was my first cycle).I did not wanted to continue gym there because he sold me supplement at crazy costly prices (3x times).I am now starting cypionate cycle and i want to gain quality muscles,what should i do to get good results? I am 5'6 and weigh 70 kg i got 4 abs but i am more concerned about gaining muscles and not weight.I do Not want to add tren now Cuz it can be risky also i could buy one more steroid at price of novaldex used during cycle...what should i do?This would be my new cycle and i am not jumping in. I have only 4 weeks of 2 ml of testa and finished my cycle in October {only one month cycle,my trainer sucks}

    ok, first off your trainer should be taken around back and shot for putting you on gear at 70kg. I can tell by your post your knowledge of what exactly you are doing isn't anywhere near where it should be to start a cycle. you should know exactly what you are doing, what products you need to use, what those products do, what complications those products may cause, how to counter those issues. there is a ton to learn. while you are learning, focus on the diet section and use that to get your bodyweight where it should be to start a cycle.

    Agree with Neph..

    I know you're looking for help, but you're trying to skip too far ahead. Using an AAS is serious business and can/will have a dramatic negative affect in the long run if you don't understand what you are doing.

    This forum is a good place to start, I'd read every Sticky post on this forum available. Once you have your research done, get your diet habits very clean, get base blood-work numbers, and make sure you have the necessary ancillaries. Only then would I say you're ready for a beginner test-cycle.

    P.S. You have no idea the target you just planted on your forehead here.

    lol, no need to pile on. He sounds young and I'm sure we have all done something stupid or trusted the wisdom of the wrong people. OP Consider this the beginning of your journey. soak up as much knowledge as you can and start making small changes to get you going in the right direction. The journey is just as important as the end destination in this game.

    I skip carbs and fats on diet,only carbs i get is from drinking milk,can you suggest me a good cycle,i control diet in cycle,i know bad cholesterol related issues.

    I don't even know where to start here. 1 get the word cycle out of your head. No one will help you with a cycle with your level of knowledge regarding diet and training. 2. No carbs or fats? You need both of these. And not just from milk.
    3. With your knowledge of diet it's very hard to help you until you do some of your own reading. Hit the diet section ASAP.

    I'm happy to help you out but you have to do a bit of work on your own. If you're only here to get help with a cycle you may as well close your account. Anyone giving you tips at this point would be very irresponsible.

    I don't know what's wrong,i did my previous cycle with the same diet,i just want to know which cycle helps me to get lean muscles so that i do not look weak when i am on recovery stage.
    According to knowledge of cycle i have
    Week. Dose. Steroid.
    1. 500 mg. Testosterone Cyp
    To
    10. Same. Same
    Per week
    Novladex week 1 40 ED
    Week 2 20 ED mg to 12
    Week 10-12 off
    Week 13,14 Clomid 50 mg everyday
    diet
    milk 3 ltrs
    Chicken 500 grams
    Pulses 200 grams
    Rice 200 grams
    Egg 6-12 everyday
    Protien shake-25 grams whey 2 times
    Average protien intake 140-170 grams daily

    Where did you acquire this "knowledge"? Dude there is a lot wrong with what you're trying to do here and the above posters have outlined it. You need time to do your research instead of just jumping in and wasting a cycle.

    What kind of knowledge do I require?I have researched a lot!! Tell me where I am wrong so I know where I am wrong.saying I am noon again and again does not prove anything.If I start telling what I know about testa then it will take about a week to explain,i am trying to ask which steroid to add with it....1)Stranozolol 2) Tren 3)Eqi

    What do you want to know specifically?
    I do 250 reps of each excercise and do 5 exercises.also I am taking creatine and whey with glutamine which almost takes 2 hours,i also do cardio of about 1 hour but I am currently skipping that cardio.

    I think we understand what your doing just fine. What your not getting is that your 70kg body looks the way it does because of your diet and not your lack of test production. For the 3rd time, go to the diet section and read some of the stickies. It will tell you how to bulk properly, what to do if you have a hard time gaining weight, etc. Each one of these posts are long reads that someone else took a long time to put together. I'm not going to go over your diet with you from scratch here because you can't be bothered to go to the other thread and read it for yourself. That's why I said do some homework. That's why everyone who has read this so far said you are not ready. We are here to help each other be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. We are not here to tell people what they want to hear and risk hurting someone with that advice.

    Dont you have internet over there to research a proper bodybuilding training scheme??

    And stop drinking 3lts of milk... that will cause you major bloat and intestinal problems, not to mention its very unhealthy.

    That being said i do not understand what are you saying maybe,i used to take test when i was 80 kg,not to lose weight but to prevernt my lean muscle which was my 4 years of hardwork all natural.Many people say a strano cycle could help me get to competition.So i am trying it.Thanks everyone!!

Your old trainer is an idiot and he should have taught you to eat before he put you on cycle. But we can't change that. We can help you in your research and there is an excellent diet & nutrition section here you should check out. Eat first, build a solid foundation, then jump on a cycle when you're properly ready.     I was steering lol. my first 3 comments were steering him in the right direction. It just looked to me that he knew best and didn't really care to listen to what I was saying.
