    Slow Cut Vs Fast Cut

Between bulking cycles , does it make more sense to do a slow cut... or to do a fast cut

we both know when cutting gaining muscle is minimal to none , so with a slow cut you are having a longer time where you cannot build muscle while a fast cut you will lose some muscle but get right back to bulking soon as with muscle memory the lose muscle should not be a problem

    also on TRT at 200mg

id say as fast as reasonably possible, the longer you are cutting the less time you are building muscle.

Im assuming by fast your not talking about 1000cal diet but something reasonable.

I never cut immediately after the end of the bulking, I prefer to maintain and consolidate as much as possible the mass gained during bulking, for minimum 3/4 months.
After that period I cut for no more than 8 week.

You should be able to cut down just fine while eating carbs. What is your diet like? Just keep it clean, monitor carb types, and slowly burn. Thats what I would do anyway. I feel that diet's like keto should be done as a last resort when dieting and cardio arent really doing the trick for you.

I prefer a slow cut. Say, over a 12 week to 16 week period. It's less dramatic to your system. I know of one BB that cut too fast and killed his thyroids. Don't ask me how he did that. That's what his endo told him. Cutting fat affects your endo like PCT. Well, not like PCT which is super dramatic. But is does affect your hormonal balance. For my last show I cut over a 16 week period. I never felt hungry. I was never dehydrated. I always felt strong and energetic during workouts. I dropped about 20lbs and went from 14% to 6% body fat.

    Right now im

    breakfast carbs
    lunch none
    pre carbs
    post carbs
    bed none

was thinking maybe removing all carbs and doing carb back loading... carbs all PWO but don't think it really matters probably my current setupworks fine

Ive done bck loading before with amazing results but I don't think it matters ? some people do carbs only pre and post some pre only...
