    First cycle final details

I am down to the final details planning my first cycle. I will be following austinites "My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle" to the letter. This means:

Sorry, this is where I copy and pasted austinites complete first cycle with PCT but it won't let me...too many "key" words for a newbie I guess. It's basically 12 weeks, 250mg of T every 3.5 days. 250 iu of hcg every 3.5 days. .25mg or Amerimidex every other day.

Then a complete 4 week PCT

    My questions are:
What the heck is 250iu? I know it is International Units but can it be converted to cc's?
    How is it mixed? Ratio?
Does it need to be refrigerated?

Other than that I am good to go.

    Thanks,

For insulin, 100 iu = 1ml = 1cc. Thats why on insulin syringes 1ml is 100 iu, 0.1ml is 10 iu and so on.

For HCG, check with the brand of HCG that you are using... I have a HCG pen (ovitrelle) with 250mcg in 0.5ml, which is equivalent to 6500 iu HCG. I have to dilute it to be able to withdraw and inject 250iu (one twentysixth) of the solution.

Just to add to that. It does have to be refrigerated and there a lot of YouTube videos that show how to mix it and got the consent ration you require.

Austenite has a great sticky that spells it out and is easy to understand. I cannot remember the name, but I'm sure if you do a search you will find it.

For example: If you have 5,000iu's of HCG powder and reconstitute that 5,000iu's with 10mls of bacteriostatic water.. you would have 250ius HCG per 1/2ml or 1/2cc.

    Thanks,
You get a 5000 iu vial of powder,

Get an empty sterile vial off eBay or online.

Open amp. Of 5000iu hcg powder, squirt in a 1ml shot of bacteriostatic water

Draw mixed hcg and water into syringe,

Inject that 1ml hcg mix into sterile vial.

Add 4 more ml of bacteriostatic water to vial with the 1ml of hcg mix in it.

You now have 5ml of hcg in the vial.

It is now dosed at 1000 iu/ml. (1000 iu per ml)

So now every unit on your insulin pin is 10 iu.

So for 250 iu hcg you draw out solution to 25 mark on insulin pin.

    Very simple.
