Okay lets hear it.
Is it possible to go from 210lbs 25% body fat to 210lbs 8% body fat in 8 weeks?
Yes
No

Depends on the lifters experience, diet, and probably what's in their cycle. I'm still inclined to say no, though...
Diet/& Nutrition is by far number one! Then training.... then the juice.... sure compounds help but put the same person on an ok diet w/the same amount of gear the next round at the same stats & a dialed in diet weighing each meal etc - the second go with that same person will yield much better results
Btw no one should be cycling at 25% bf....
Yes it is possible. It depends on genetics and the person entirely and it would be ridiculous to see. I believe 16 weeks would be amazing achievement for any. Watch some mma guys cut down for weigh in. The body is capable of some neat shit.

I went to an mma school where guys were scared to death of coming in overweight and landing in the 155lb class because a scotsman named, "herkie" could cut down to it and when he stepped in the ring he was huge! The guy way outclassed the rest of the amateurs in his weight class it just wasnt right.
One would have to gain 36lb of muscle and lose 36lb of fat in 8 weeks.
I don't believe someone with Olympia like genetics can meet that goal in that time frame.
Imo it's unachievable.
I say no way
Not going to happen. Regardless of genetics, diet, or training 10 weeks is not enough time.
https://youtu.be/6euy5SGSggs I dont think its possible, I know it is. Genetics. Follow the link.
Wild as hell. The fat drop would be easier than the muscle gain by far
This.
With gear, it's still a stretch. Naturally, it's impossible.
No one is going to gain 35 lbs of lean mass, and simultaneously cut 35 lbs of body fat within a 10 week period. That's not how the body works. Anyone that believes otherwise is misinformed on the body's capabilities.
Under optimal conditions, with gear, you'd be lucky to half of that.
Absolutely too drastic of a recomp in too short of a time frame!
possible Yes
Likey? No bloody way
Yes what he did was very impressive but it's a deceiving story when you leave out all the details.
One of the reasons he was able to gain that amount of muscle tissue, besides muscle memory, is because his body fat was low when starting.
If he had 63lb of fat to lose he wouldn't have gained 63lb of muscle.
That's Forbe's Theory of nutrient partitioning, the logarithmic relationship between body fat and muscle tissue gain.
LOL so true.
You left out the part where the fitness model sells the free supplements they're given on eBay to finance their gear for those 30 days.
What Viator did in the Colorado Experiment was impressive and I don't mean to undermine his achievements.
But the way the data was presented was deceiving.
On the plus side if get out of shape the Colorado Experiment shows that you shouldn't make excuses.

A person that tries hard enough could burn that fat off fast without anabolics in no time and then tren it up. It would take the right guy but its doable. I would love to see it! I would try it but i dont think i can achieve 25% bodyfat.
Keep it open we all like experiments. Be safe. It will take a lot work. You are gonna have to bust ass to cut the fat as fast as possible. Run till you faint, when you wake back up take off running again. Sweat and bleed a yell and give it hell with the cardio. Then build it back lean as hell. It will take a master of diet and a bunch of control.
I feel like I should just leave out the cycle info. Anyone who's interested that doesn't already know where I'm going feel free to PM me for that aspect?
I am curious what you plan but be careful. I dont know how much eperience you have but I know your gonna do what you choose. I wont flame you and I like seeing people bust their ass and succeed. You are 27 so you arent too young but study up if you arent already. Dont jump into stacks or tren or anything. Have you cycled before?
If your asking is it possible Yes of course it is. However there are risk factors involved here's how it could be done NOT recording this, Also nor giving doses.
DNP for 10/14 days
Test prop day 1/70
Tren ace day 1/70
Mast days 40/70
Clean diet with training and cardio definitely possible, in simple terms do a contest prep but with dnp first to burn most of the fat
Evern this is a long time shot an now for the average guy but I do belive it's possible

^wut? You don't already have a "diet" in place?
You probably should have your nutrition dialed in before even considering a cycle.
Also, please taper your expectations. I get that you probably started this poll "for a friend" but prepare to be disappointed if you're not herculean 10-weeks from now in comparison to your starting point.
This would be a better and healthier way.
20 weeks
First 10 no AAS just weight loss with good diet and training.
Then you could start the other 10 weeks at say 190ibs 15% bf then if you wanted to use AAS you could end up around 200ibs 10-12%bf at the end of the 20 weeks. this is a lot more realistic to achieve.
