But given the choice between the two you posted I like the the first because you have an extra day rest between body parts.
So many variables here to consider that we know nothing about.
Specific Goal
Training Experience
Lagging body parts
Recovery Ability
Preference of Frequency
Injuries
etc...
So really the best you're going to get is a blindfolded throw at a dartboard - everyone is different and every split should be designed accordingly.
