Hey boys it's been awhile. Hope all of u are doing good. Having a damn problem right now. So in April I started a cycle
Test c 400mg
Deca 400mg
Dbol 50mg (6 weeks)
12 weeks

Adex 1mg eod
.5 cabar

I started to develop lumps under my nipple and some tenderness. I got off of the Dbol it still was tender then I got off the Deca and it when away. No had any dick problem for the prolactin so I didn't think it could be from that. Once I got off Deca my nipple stopped hurting and when down.

Cruised

I started this cycle Oct 10
Test c 250mg ew
Test p 400mg ew
Tren 400mg
Winny 50mg
Provin 50mg

1mg Adex
.5 cabar

My nipple are getting more swollen and sore. My Adex and cabar is from the pharmacy. The bumps under my nipple seem to be getting bigger. I don't know what to do. My e2 levels seem to be in order (no test results) just from last cycles. No bloating not emotional no acne. My prolactin is in check because my dick is like a pole.

What do u guys think it could be and what could I do. Could they just be getting swollen when on cycle then go down afterwards? Like the first cycle.

I would start taking 10-20 mg ed of nolva and that should block the estrogen at the receptors and allow you to continue the cycle...they shouldn't get any bigger while on and hopefully shrink in pct...in my opinion gyno never really goes away but I'm not in the medical field so I don't know that for fact...my 2 cents

Yeah that was I was thinking of doing. Was take 20mg of nolva. What about the adex do u feel like that's a good a.i. some people like other a.i.'s but I haven't used any before. Thanks for the comment brother

Step 1 above. Always have nolva on hand. Nothing wrong with low dose nolva on cycle if prone to gyno issues.

Yeah I guess I'm just prone and to be honest pretty pissed. I'm a huge believe in making sure u have everything u need so side effects like this happen. Sucks because no matter how shredded or big you are u still have tits :-/

I ran 40mg ED for 1week, then 20mg ED for 2 more weeks, helped big time, however small issue seemed to be to begin with its clear whats to come if not treated right.

10mg ed or 20mg eod day is enough for gyno prevention (not reversal)

I will second on this too. while 40 / 20 / 20 worked, and I believe it was too much, almost 5 days later I was feeling issues were gone but as a precaution I was still taking 20mg for another 2weeks, just goes to show that 20 / 10 / 10 protocol would have been perfect also.

I too ran tiny amount of aromasin like 6.25mg/week (but my e2 issues were not due to prolactin, it was HCG influenced rapid E2 spike)

So I started the novla on wed at 40mg ED. nipples stop hurting. And my sound weird but the puffiness has went down a little. So thank you all for the info
