    Clen question

    While taking 100mcg a day of Clem can I Lso add in a fat burner supp or is there no need. Due to injury haven't been dieting or lifting And out in weight. Just wanna know if I should take together or only use the fat burners when I'm on the 14 day off period in my 2 week on/ 2 week off cycle

    With a high dose at 100mcg/day IMO I would opt to cycle the fat burner during your weeks your not cycling the clen .

    Hope you have something else with that clen at the dosage or good by just as much muscle or more than fat

    Taking AAS to preserve muscle tissue would be helpful while on clen but by no means is it necessary.

    Clen can be catabolic but it's no where near as catabolic as t3.

    If your statement were true the everyone would need to be on supraphysiological amounts of test when they cut or they would burn just as much muscle tissue as fat tissue.

    Jonbana, on the 7th of December (less than one week ago), you started a thread and wanted to know how to use clen , how much to take, etc... Now you are giving shotty advice at best to someone else in regards to the use of clen. You are going to mess someone up that decides to take your wrong advice one day because they don't know any better.

    Keep gaining knowledge here but enough with giving advice on stuff you know nothing about. Lots of people are getting fed up.

    Two weeks on clen will exhaust your beta receptors. Taking additional fat burner won't add much to the clen cycle. If you want to run clen full time, take the clen in the morning and take Keto at bedtime.

    ....or some benadryl as well.

    Benadryl really doesn't work well. Keto is more effective then Benadryl.
