hi all , 1st post and help needed please, i am 53 year young (not old) 6ft 4 in and 215 lb, fat 23% been going to gym for 2 years roughly 4/5 times a week
want to build some solid lean muscle and will be doing my first cycle after xmas , i have a few questions that i would appreciate honest and constructive help
1 been told to not do oral only , and start off with test e at 500 a week , with proper pct , if i wanted to build lean muscle does this seem a good starting point.?
2 best pct for this and to stop any gyno ?
3 is my age a concern ?
