Using Sustanon for general well being?

Hi! I'm a 39 yo guy, I've been exercising for years now but I have started to feel less energy overall, not just in the gym. I wonder if taking a regular dose of Sustanon 250 helps with this, and if it's a good idea or a completely dumb one.

I'm thinking of it as a regular take, not for bodybuilding (bulking) just for feeling more energetic, more healthy, like using 1 or 2 shots per month, alone or maybe adding a deca ?

What do you think? Please if it's an extremely dumb idea, let me know why, as well if it is a good idea, or what other recommendations you can give me.

    Thank you!

Laerion read the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of the HRT Forum. Get the first set of BW there. Lets see where you are at hormone wise, etc and see where the problem lies! Post it up when you get it and we can review it.

Twice a month could def help but as the guys say, get bloods first. If your test is stil high enough, it could be something simpel as low iron/hb or some prolactin/e2 issues.
Maybe your gh/igf1 is too low aswell and u would be better of with a ghreleaser than a testincreaser.

Better diett could also help. I know those healthgurues are a pain in the ass, but greens, water, fruits etc will not make u feel worse.

Well that is a good starting suggestion. I will go this week to have my test levels checked, and will report back with the info as soon as I have it.

Make sure you doc gets what's on the list recommended. Particularly don't let him cut out LH & FSH and full thyroid.

Its really a good idea to get some blood work and see where you stand. You may even qualify for TRT from your doctor.
