About to start my Test Cycle Few questions!

I am about to start my sus cycle. I am wanting to start small and slow. This will be my second cycle ever, my first I messed up and went big took quite a bit of time off. Anyways, I will be doing 250 mg every 3.5 days so 500 a week. My question is what AI Should I run along side Arimidex or Aromasin?? How much of each should I do and when during the week? As far as PCT I will use Clom, Nov. Thx in advance fellas!

start out doing 1mg of arimidex every 3 days, and increase if needed. I HAVE to take 1mg of arimidex every day when I'm on the juice because I am extremely prone to gyno and I bloat easily. Everyone is different. As far as PCT, you got the right idea with Clom, but scrap Nolvadex and stick with arimidex the whole way. Arimidex is king, and helps increase natural test levels unlike nolva.
