    looking for advise on what to use.

    Hi, I'm 27 and from hamburg NY I'm in shape 6' 165lbs but have little muscle mass, and have ben workiong out for a little over a year now. i have put on some muscle but am not happy with my progress. I want to try sterioids to give myself a little boost since i lack muscel mass. i was thinking about dbol, or maby just test but dont know what els i need to take with it. also i would like to keep most of my gains after i stop taking it.     Hey mate welcome. Steroids are not magic. If you are not eating and training correctly they will do nothing for you. Maybe if anything a bit of weight from bloat is all you will see.

    Building muscle takes time. You need to build a solid foundation first because what builds the muscle will keep it.

    How much food are you eating a day? Because no offence but at your height you a very under weight.

    I get 3000-3200 calories a day.

    Whats your typical day of food intake look like? And what is your training routine like?

    it is not good idea to do only oral, you run dbol 6 weeks the gains ususally stop by 6th week and it is toxic to liver to run long.

    the best startup cycle would be

    1-12 weeks test enan 500 mg/week
    1-6 weeks dbol 50 mg/day

    Don't forget a well planned PCT

    and when running orals run NAC for liver

    and don't forget the AI for E2 control

    Then eat more. If you take aas and keep the same diet you will gain some water and then lose it after.

    You should be able to gain plenty with the right diet plan. Start a new thread in the diet section with your current diet plan.

    6' 165lbs and 1 year of training. You haven't even begun to tap out your full potential. Your body is not ready for steroids. Eat like a big man and train like a big man for a couple of more years. You need to be in the gym killing yourself for at least 3 to 5 years before you're ready to cycle AAS.

    Exactly! Ur a beginner. Stop being so impatient. If Ur training right and eating right u should be able to put on a ton of lean mass with any steroids.

    U have to eat! Alot! And ur probably think "but I do eat a lot". I'm not talking about when u buy pizza and u can hammer a full pie by urself or u can eat a sh*t of Chinese food from the buffet. I'm talking about eating every 2 to 3 hours 6oz of chicken with a cup of rice 4 times a day and 8 eggs, 2 cups of egg whites, 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 5 Thomas English muffins. That's how u eat oh and a shake on top of all of that. That's how u grow

    20" inch arms dont come over night!Wat you really need to do is hit our diet section and post up your diet with macros.Beacuse its like this aas isnt going too make you big if you are not eating right.You will lose anything you gain IF you gain anything at all.You are way under weight for your size and FOOD is the only thing that will pack on size.So do wat you want but remember you only get one 1st cycle in which you grow like crazy.So dont be a fool and run it now before you pack on 30lbs.
