There are even posts named "first cycle." But, if you have more specific questions after reading the educational and other posts, ask.
I would stick with Test E, only for your first cycle. You wanna keep it as minimal as possible for your first cycle, that way you can save the dbol for future cycles to keep those receptors intolerant to substances. Rich Piana suggests to change compounds each cycle. That way you won't build tolerances. Shit but that's just advice, hodge twins say do whatever the FUCK you wanna do.
From what I have read it is best to do a TEST cycle first, don't be like me educate yourself prior to your first cycle because if you play with fire you will get burnt.
