Test E Deca E pin once a week ?

Currently been pinning 200mg Test E once a week haven't notice anything from twice a week,

getting ready to blast ,

Can you get away with once a week pinning Test and Deca every sunday ? they are both long easters I realize you will get a drop but half like is what 10 days with deca or something off the top of my head


has anyone here pinned deca and test E once a week vs twice?


I would be pinning 3ml a time
1.5ml test
1.5ml deca

600 test
450 deca

I was doing 125mg once per week of test c and I would definitely notice a decrease in performance and overall well being when I got towards the end of the week.

Im sure you could get away with it, but why not try to optimize your cycle and reduce sides by going twice a week. Being lazy or being scared of needles doesn't fit into our lifestyle.

Id think that for keeping blood levels stable, once a week is far from optimal.

Also, I suspect that pin of 600/450 is gonna hurt like a bisch.

Mon thu no reason not to do it twice a week..steady blood levels are important for gains and avoiding sides

Test e takes a noticeable drop in level at day 3 I beleive ..I got the graph in a book around here..

I am actually going in the other direction and going to try pinning EOD. I am trying to keep my serum levels as stable as possible.
My last cycle ( not as long an esther as deca) I changed from every 3.5 days to ED and I noticed that my body did not seem to be on such a roller coaster ride.

We have a member on here, CHI. He hates needles and he was only pinning once a week and had some great results. I would look for him on here and send him a PM.

One thing is for certain, pinning more frequently won't hurt at all. Why bother to go against this?

Back when I used long esters I only pinned once a week and had no problems at all.But everyone is different and it could be all mental.

I always like to inject longer esters a min of 2xs/wk....occasionally 3xs depending on the current cycle.

just lately on cruise ive been once a week and read deca is even longer than test e


I will agree twice a week is more optimal but once should work seems to be both will work we all agree on that just twice may be more optimal but will you notice it maybe.. maybe yes
