    Blood Test Question.

Is it absolutely necessary to fast before BW? The main thing I want to check is sensitive estrogen, Test, and liver.

Fasting is usually only recommended for checking lipid profiles and triglycerides. Not nessassery for test Estrogen and liver.

Cortisol is important and you havr to have that done in morning. "Morning," is specific to the individual, IMO (what if you work nights?). For most people, it should be taken between 7-9, when it is highest. Eating affects lipid profile, insulin, and glucose. Get you BW sched for morning -CORTISOL-(7-9). Don't eat after 10pm. Most of us sleep at night. It doesn't take a lot of discipline to put breakfast off for a few hours and its much more important to get an accurate picture of your health.
"But, I gotta eat or I'll lose my gains." Really? due to two to four hours??? I bet most people who worry about this wouldn't take a lot of convincing to skip eating in order to increase HGH levels.

No, Boneslapper2002, sensitve E2 will only check one thing: Estradoi~Estrogen.
I'm also recovering from shoulder trouble: labrums. So, don't think I'm being a dick because I want to help. You seem to ask the same types of questions in your posts i.e. questions that hardworking, dedicated and considerate members have put a lot of work into providing answer. Answers which are more thorough, concise and vetted than what you would get from piecing together a thousand little posts like this one.
Do you have any idea where those answers might be?
For instance, questions about this topic...where do you think the answers are and what category do you think it would be under?

It's much easier for you and all members to simply look at the educational threads. Personally, I trust them more than what I get out of asking the same questions on the forum.

    Good Luck
