Last year I tried insanely hard to get in shape and got pneumonia. I ended up getting sinus surgery to combat the nonstop chronic sinus infections that were giving me all kinds of other issues. It seems to have worked. In all the time being sick and recovering, I got very out of shape.
Last time around I tried getting in amazing shape I felt like I had low T. My Dr wouldn't check but I was fatigued with no sex drive, trouble with erections, irritable, couldn't sleep, and my nipples were very sensitive and irritable.
This time I went to an anti aging clinic and got sermorelin w/ghrp 2/6 and test cypionate/prop.
I'm taking 100 mg cyp/50 mg prop X 2 a week. It feels amazing! A friend at a professional workplace and I were talking (he's monstrously strong and large). I told him I wanted to get ripped and cut insanely fast and he asked me if I was on anavar. I said I'd read about it, and when he offered me the pills i jumped.
They were 100x 25 mg pills and I paid 250. Idk if real I haven't taken one. Is there a way to tell? The source seems trustworthy. But I'm a newbie.
What do you guys recommend I do to change myself rapidly. I'll go healthy in 3 months but for now I wanna make a rapid and dramatic xformation.

I'm no stranger to lifting.
I've been lifting the last couple months and have been slowly and carefully building my strength back up and am primed to go hard I think
I've never been HUGE. But I'm fairly strong. I've never taken anything besides pre workout and protien powder and bcaas.
I'm doing a 4 day split
Mon = legs
Tues = shoulder/lat
Wed = break
Thurs = back/bis
Fri = chest/Tris.
Lots of focus on squats, deadlift, clean and press, and bench. Staying in the 6-8 re range around 4-5 sets for my major lifts. 3x12 for my isolation stuff.
I'm doing HIIT and short runs w/sprints on my days off, sometimes HIIT on my workout days later in the day. I'm doing p90x insanity on my Xbox one for a fair amount of my HIIT sessions. I'm also walking about 10 miles a day about 5 days a week.
Diet is like 2700-3000 cal
300g protien every day if I can. Around 100g fat most days.
Carb cycling mon-fri like this
Mon 300g
Tues 200g
We'd 100g
Thurs 300g
Fri 200g
Sat 50g
Sun 0g
What should I do? Anything I should change? Should I take the anavar? How do I know it's real? How much should i take at what time? Anything I need to do with it?
I may be able to get the test dosage upped soon? I've been on HRT for about 3 weeks.
Do u guys need more stats to help me? I want to gain muscle If I can, but I really wanna get to 10-12 percent body fat in a hurry.
I also have have a ton of albuterol sulfate liquid inhalation solution 2.5 mg/3. I'm not opposed to using it but don't know how, or if it works. Any suggestions? That stuff is practically free for me.
