    On HRT and got some anavar.

    I recently started HRT. I'm 31. I've had athsma my whole life and have been on plenty of nasty stuff in my younger years like Prednisone. It probably messed me up since before I knew better.

    Last year I tried insanely hard to get in shape and got pneumonia. I ended up getting sinus surgery to combat the nonstop chronic sinus infections that were giving me all kinds of other issues. It seems to have worked. In all the time being sick and recovering, I got very out of shape.

    Last time around I tried getting in amazing shape I felt like I had low T. My Dr wouldn't check but I was fatigued with no sex drive, trouble with erections, irritable, couldn't sleep, and my nipples were very sensitive and irritable.

    This time I went to an anti aging clinic and got sermorelin w/ghrp 2/6 and test cypionate/prop.

    I'm taking 100 mg cyp/50 mg prop X 2 a week. It feels amazing! A friend at a professional workplace and I were talking (he's monstrously strong and large). I told him I wanted to get ripped and cut insanely fast and he asked me if I was on anavar. I said I'd read about it, and when he offered me the pills i jumped.

    They were 100x 25 mg pills and I paid 250. Idk if real I haven't taken one. Is there a way to tell? The source seems trustworthy. But I'm a newbie.

    What do you guys recommend I do to change myself rapidly. I'll go healthy in 3 months but for now I wanna make a rapid and dramatic xformation.

    I'm 6'4.
    289 lbs (used to be like 240.)
    Prob 29℅ bodyfat
    I'm no stranger to lifting.
    I've been lifting the last couple months and have been slowly and carefully building my strength back up and am primed to go hard I think

    I've never been HUGE. But I'm fairly strong. I've never taken anything besides pre workout and protien powder and bcaas.

    I'm doing a 4 day split
    Mon = legs
    Tues = shoulder/lat
    Wed = break
    Thurs = back/bis
    Fri = chest/Tris.

    Lots of focus on squats, deadlift, clean and press, and bench. Staying in the 6-8 re range around 4-5 sets for my major lifts. 3x12 for my isolation stuff.

    I'm doing HIIT and short runs w/sprints on my days off, sometimes HIIT on my workout days later in the day. I'm doing p90x insanity on my Xbox one for a fair amount of my HIIT sessions. I'm also walking about 10 miles a day about 5 days a week.

    Diet is like 2700-3000 cal
    300g protien every day if I can. Around 100g fat most days.

    Tues 200g
    We'd 100g
    Thurs 300g
    Fri 200g
    Sat 50g
    Sun 0g

    What should I do? Anything I should change? Should I take the anavar? How do I know it's real? How much should i take at what time? Anything I need to do with it?

    I may be able to get the test dosage upped soon? I've been on HRT for about 3 weeks.

    Do u guys need more stats to help me? I want to gain muscle If I can, but I really wanna get to 10-12 percent body fat in a hurry.

    I also have have a ton of albuterol sulfate liquid inhalation solution 2.5 mg/3. I'm not opposed to using it but don't know how, or if it works. Any suggestions? That stuff is practically free for me.

    theres not short cut to this... slow and steady stay on your doctor does don't touch that anavar

    get your diet in check and training in check 10%bf easy in 6 months drug free and dedication

    Why on earth Prop? Wait, it's a clinic so extra $$$ from you. Prop is not needed in HRT.
    What are your Free and Total T and E2 levels now?
    Assume you're on an aromatase inhibitor?
    HCG?
    Save the var for another day. Like Jon said, there are no shortcuts, get back in shape first then consider using it. Waste of time now.
    Look into a Labmax test kit to test your alleged anavar.

    Why don't you post over in the Nutrition Forum for some help. Basically free nutritionists. Can't beat that!

    Okay so I've done this before where I try to just get in shape in 3 months. In the past life has always happened and I fell on my goals despite making immense initial progress. I wanted to win the stupid bodybuilding.com challenge and maybe take it from there. I actually may have had a legitimate chance last year if I hadn't gotten sick. I was in the middle of a rough divorce at the time and I was getting NO sleep while training twice a day and eating very little. For the first time in my life now I'm feeling great, and getting great sleep.

    In the past I've easily dropped 10 percent bodyfat on my own without anything in a couple months. Completely natural. Just diet and hard work. I could post picks before and after if no one believes me I guess. I've gone from 284 to 230 in 3 months naturally before. I'm sure I can do that again at least. I have some great willpower and have no problem sticking to anything. I train with great intensity I believe. I actually went ahead and hired a nutritionist already and have a diet plan worked out.

    But if you guys are adamant for whatever reason that I should absolutely not take this, then it's hard not to take good free advice. I just wanted to do the very best I good and just smash this 3 month challenge (however unrealistic that may be.) I've tried it and come close before. But yeah, after I'd go to just a healthy lifestyle.

    I was just looking how to absolutely maximize my progress. Most of my memory muscle is already back on. From everything I'd read, Anavar stacked amazingly well with cypionate and was mild in the toxicity department. And it was a low dosage. I'm actually looking to make a forever life change this time around, and maybe compete eventually? IDK maybe I'm too old, but I think I have a solid frame for it.

    Your not too old. Actually your in the prime of your life. The problem now is your body fat percentage. You need to get that down to at least 15% before you are going to see any benefit from steroids. It's much more to anabolic steroids than just taking them and working out. You have to control your estrogen with an anti estrogen like Arimidex.
    There's nothing wrong with setting goals but quick fixes are almost always short term.

    You need to stop obsessing about anavar put that stuff in the closet and stick to just your hrt and start cutting..get your diet perfect your training perfect and get to the point we're you've reached a plateau..then it's time to try a cycle switch up gear and doses..i know I sound harsh but it's reality bud ..you gotta cut up and there's point in doing a bunch of gear when your not gonna put on muscle.

    Anavar's not a fast acting steroid. It will not get you ripped in a week. As a matter of fact, Anavar is the weakest or one of the weakest steroid out there. I like Anavar because it builds muscles slowly so your office workers can't tell you're on steroids. Just stay on medicated HRT until your body fat gets down to 10% to 12% before you start thinking about adding compounds to your existing regiment. I don't recommend that you try to rush through a steroid, you may be asking for heal issues.
