Cramps? Muscles locking up?
The last few weeks I have had a problem with mostly the muscles in my chest, shoulders and occasionally my arms, I will go to move and it seems like part of the muscle locks up for a second and then frees up and works fine. It is not painful like a cramp and only last for a split second or two at the most. It might happen 5-6 times a day or only once. I have never had this issue before on or off cycle. My lifts are good and it never happens when lifting only when the muscle is relaxed and I go to move my arms in some way.
I am in the middle of a tren /mast cycle but I have ran them before and never experienced it.
I know I am hydrated, the only thing that is different is that this is the leanest I have ever been.
around 9% BF whether that makes a difference or not.
Just curious if anyone has experienced this?

How much Tren /Mast are you taking? I've run Tren/Mast with no problems. I get problems when I'm cutting while running Tren/Mast. I tend to lose too much water so I cramp.

I am running 300 test 300 tren and 250 mast.
I have never used salt much so I will up that and try some magnesium in the diet.
I drink at least 1 1/2 gallons a day water
But I will get some electrolytes in system.
I appreciate the advice from all of you.

I agree with everything above but, when I first read this I immediately thought Neurological.

Is there any consistency regarding the positioning of your body (standing, sitting, laying down) when this happens, or when you train? If so, perhaps its a circulatory issue of not getting enough nutrients into the upper half of your body... IDK, just guessing but it sounds like a combination of things or neurological. The only thing I know about Tren is from here.

Just sounds like cramping. Happens to me all the time after a good workout. Just stay hydrated, keep your electrolyte intake high, and stay rested.
