    Lab Results Please Advise!!!!

Ok I finally got my lab results from my primary care physician the following are the only lab results I got. Can I use these labs to get started with Test E or should I go ahead a pay for additional labs (e.g. LH etc...) If so what additional labs should I get?

    DEHYDROEPIANDROSTERONE (DHEA) 159 ng/dL 31 - 701 ng/dL
    ESTRADIOL 32.4 pg/mL 7.6 - 42.6 pg/mL
    TESTOSTERONE , SERUM 407 ng/dL 348 - 1197 ng/dL
    HEMATOCRIT 46.8 37.5 - 51.0
    ALT 20 0 - 44
    AST 19 0 - 40

Dude, these numbers are more important during cycle, i would be more concern with hdl, ldl, total triglycerides, and blood sugar before cycle.

Not that these don't help, but if your cholesterol is already close to bad, its going to get deadly bad on cycle

This is the rest of my test

    HDL (65) >39mg/dl
    LDL (132) 0 - 99
    Serum Glucose (87) 65 - 99 mg/dl
    Cholesterol (220) 100 - 199
    Triglycerides (165) 150 - 199

My LDL and Cholesterol are high however, I stop taking Ezetimibe 10 mg to control it, I just start taking it again and will get blood re-drawn in 3 months. Plus I have been on a much better diet to try to lower it.

What we are seeing is that your cholesterol is a bit off, your E2 in the higher range, and your natty T in the lower range.
So what are u asking? To start a cycle or TRT?

If cycle, then no, wait and see if your numbers improve.
If TRT, then yes (although LH and FSH, to rule out that they are still depressed from exogenous AAS), you can go ahead, but use a low dose test (don't cruise),
and work on improving the cholesterol values.

What is a good dose for TRT? 250mg per week?

You need more blood work to fill in some blanks. Look at the Finding A Doc sticky in the HRT Forum. And no, 250 mgs per week is above high end TRT. Arguably a normal starting dose for TRT injections would be 100 mgs. Then adjust based on follow up BW.
