On day 32 and have loved not only my gains which were a little unexpected but my Metcon Value has increased tremendously....
Would love to ear your opinion(s) as well as what you feel i should run next?
Well not to be rude or anything like that but my crystal ball broke and I don't know anything about you.Like age Ht Wt bf% yrs training your goals and how many cycles have you ran?
I hate EQ myself but more information is needed, how long are you running your current cycle?
What dosages are you running? What's your cycle history? Stats? Are running an AI?
Well I for one think it was a perfectly executed question, crystal clear.
My suggestions, if I may...
I would take the cat orally at least 30mins before workouts,
50ml of steak Intravenously 28 seconds after your final exercise,
and finally, a secret that all the top pro's use... wear a star shaped buttplug on skwat days.
