First cycle
I'm currently 31 years old I've been lifting hard and heavy for years mainly in the powerlifting scene. I was wanting to cut and gain muscle of course. I don't want anything hardcore I'm not ready for that and also I want something where if I go off it my test rates will be back to normal. I was just thinking of seeing where I could get test 3 300 and just cycle it?

Ok well recovery and side effects depend a lot on properly cycling and having the right ancillaries and pct ready. What are your stats?

If you have been powerlifting for years you should know how to gain muscle and cut weight already. Your question looks like you're asking for a source. That isn't allowed here.
If you truly need help with your diet go to the nutrition section. There's tons of good info in there.
