    Can I take my normal Adderall and just black coffee before my fasting Blood Work?

    Not on cycle...

    Just black coffee and my prescribed adderall with a Hormone/Test/Estrogen/Prolcatin/lipids test?

    Kids woke me up at 1am and I'm dying for some caffeine and need would like to take my adderall....

    Yes, but since adderal (amphetamine) releases dopamine, it may reduce the secretion of prolactin somewhat. But it won't fuck up your blood test in any big way IMO.
