Fat loss w/ some muscle gains
Hey guys, is there a good cycle for beginners that would allow a weight loss of 20+ lbs. with a 10 lb. muslce gain? My buddy weighs about 195 lbs. right now and he would like to eventually be a solid 180 lbs... I know this might not be possible after one cycle, and that his progress will depend on the amount of effort he puts in, but I was just wondering if someone could help me out by suggesting a stack which would set him in the right direction towards achieving these goals...
