I need help with my cycle asap!

Hello everyone i have some questions to ask. My cycle is 16 weeks..
First 10 weeks :
Test cypionate 350mg
Deca 300mg
And ill start using winstrol at week 10 (40mg ed) till week 16 because this is a bulking and cutting cycle .
Week 12:
ill drop deca and continue using winny and test
Week 14:
Stop using Cabergolin and just use Arimidiex
Week 16: start using hcg for 2 weeks then wait a week and start pct
Pct:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Now my questions are :
1.is my cycle good
2.(your recommendations) while bulking how much calories should i get over my bmr and while cutting how much calories should i get lower than my bmr
3.what should i take to protect myself against winny's side effects.

Too many compounds for a first cycle. Keep it simple, 500mg test e per week. I recommend reading the "planning my first cycle" thread, it's got all kinds of great info in it

It's not my first it's my third but the reason im at 80kg because i had surgery about 2 months ago and lost all my weight...

You either bulk or cut not both and 500 cals is good.Why no HCG?

ill use hcg 2 weeks before the pct so ill take 2 weeks of hcg and then a week with nothing at all then pct

Imo this cycle could use a lot of improvement.

What doses of compounds in milligrams are you planning to use per week?

Have you ever had blood work?

It's all written up there but im going to write it again im going to use 350mg of test cypionate and 300mg of deca with 0.25g of caber every 3 days and Arimidiex 0.5g eod then ill stop deca and caber and use winny at 40mg every day that's 280mg/week and use arimidex at the samer 0.5g eod because im still going to use test cypionate

IMO you should have had blood work.
I would use arimidex .25 EOD.
HCG 500 iu / week from the beginning.... Keep the boys operating.
Running a 10 week cycle on deca is a waste .. It is too short for the long esther.
I agree that you should do one or the other.... Bulk or cut unless you are competing and have limited time

Run the deca until week 12 and the test week 14.

Drop the winny and concentrate on putting on as much muscle tissue as possible.

Using 350mg/deca probably doesn't warrant the use of caber, but it's good to have on hand.

If you begin to experience elevated prolactin side effects or mid cycle labs show elevated prolactin then start caber.

You should get in the habit of getting pre, mid and post cycle blood work.

You should be using hcg while on cycle and not during PCT, at 250IU twice per week from day one until 2-3 days before starting PCT.

Begin PCT two weeks after your last pin.

Dosages should look similar to those below.

There's no need for an AI during PCT and it may be counter productive.

As stated previously a 500 calorie surplus per day is a good place to begin a bulk.

Im running 12 weeks on deca not 10 and i have some change in plans ill do a deca and test only cycle because my competition got delayed..

Im not using hcg or Arimidiex on pct i was planning to use hcg two weeks before pct and stop using Arimidiex when i stop using test but... There has been a change in plans :/ my competition got delayed so ill just do test and deca cycle for 14 weeks is 14 weeks good enough? And ill do blood test tomorrow and why should i use hcg at 500iu/week while on the cycle and not used it before pct at 1000iu/week

It's too late for pre cycle labs and too early for mid cycle labs.

14 weeks of deca is okay but you should stop the deca several weeks before your test so that it will clear from your system and increase the chances of a successful HTPA reset.

Using hcg while on cycle insures that your leydig cells never completely stop functioning and natural test is always being produced.

You would benefit from reading the link attached below.

Okay so ill stop deca at week 12 and stay on test till week 14 or should i up my cycle to 16 weeks and stop deca at week 14 is that fine? And ill use hcg starting from tomorrow 500iu/week like you said i read the article you linked but since i stopped deca 2 weeks early does that make my pct 2 weeks earlier since deca requires 3 week brake before pct. Thanks for your help and time!

In theory stopping the deca at week 12 and continuing the test until week 14 is sufficient.

However, everyone responds to these compounds differently and there are no guarantees in life.

The only way you will definitely know if it worked is to have a hormone panel about two months after finishing PCT.

The washout period before PCT begins after your last pin.

In this case you would begin PCT two weeks after your last pin of test.

I have two last pieces of advice for you; Start getting regular blood work when using AAS and have your cycle critiqued before starting.
